This place is a dump

Awful awful apartments. They claim utilities are paid through them, but they will charge upwards of $300/mo for utilities for a 1br, and refused to provide actual receipts for power/water usage. My parents don't even pay that much for utilities for a 3br house with 5 people living in it. Didn't have hot water for the ENTIRE time I lived there. The apartment was falling apart. Nothing ever got fixed. Multiple violent incidents in the parking lot. Switched to having parking passes/assigned spots, but didn't bother actually telling anyone, so cars got towed constantly. And one of the most expensive apartment complexes in the area. Absolute dumpster fire.

Keep Looking...not worth the money

Keep looking. Not worth the money. None of the staff live on the property and they really don't care what happens after hours. They tell you what they think you want to hear. Only words, unless you're on their buddy list. They don't do what they say they are going to do. The place is falling apart. They are the worst I've ever seen.

Would never recommend this place.

This place was decent 2 years ago, when Paris was management. This place has gone down hill since then. The pool has been down all summer. Landscaping is terrible. It takes them FOREVER to fix anything. It will take them over 6 months to fix anything, although they come and "check it out" 3x. If they do fix something, it's half the job. One of the worst places I have ever lived in. They used to have "fun" things for the small apartment community like trunk or treat & movies on the grass. They do not care if people are not picking up after their animals. There is literally dog poop everywhere on the grass, pretty gross. The only good thing about the place is the price is affordable. HOWEVER, you get what you pay for ;).

Gonna leave already

Lived here a week and got vehicle towed already... Not even an initial warning.... out of town working , and came back to vehicle towed... Aounds like kickbacks to me.... Definatly dont plan on renewing.....

BEST PLACE IN TOWN / PHENOMINAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I have lived at "Twin Creek Apartments, Killeen" for over 4 years. Exceptional community for a safe and clean lifestyle. The management team is PHENOMINAL at what they do, big shout out to Paris and Natalie for doing such a fantastic job and making everyone feel welcomed. The maintenance team is always available and has the fastest turn around time to fix any issues ( unlike a lot of communities here who will not entertain your request post office hours or will take 48 hours to fix anything ). In the last 4 years have never seen any safety or maintenance issues in the community and all residents are extremely cordial and respectful. The management team does a great job at screening the residents. There are communities in Killeen that can offer you a cheaper apartment but you will seriously compromise on the quality of life, safety and service. I can go on and on about how awesome Paris and Natalie are but you should experience the warm welcome for yourself. Thank you Twin Creek Management Thanks Hemant

Look no further

My husband and I were new to the area and desperate to find somewhere safe and quiet. The prices are reasonable, and the apartments are well kept, its pretty peaceful and I like that its in an established area. The best part about this place is the staff, PARIS and NATALIE make this place worth living here especially. I had a major maintenance issue, the fridge went out right after grocery shopping and Natalie completely saved my groceries and had a different unit placed in our home within an hour.Paris is always kind she remembers our family by first name and always puts together socials in the leasing office, during the summer time there was an icecream sundae party, pizza party and for christmas staff hosted a raffle and gave out presents to residents, one present included an xbox one! They always strive to make residents feel welcome. I used to live at Brookside which is over priced and they could care less about residents, Twin Creek shows their residents appreciation and I am so thankful to the maintenance staff as well as they are always fast and kind. I have never felt so welcomed and at home, this complex is the best... I will be renewing our lease here, there is no better place to live in Killeen!! Thank you Twin Creek staff, you have gone above and beyond!

Great Manager!!

My husband and I have been living at Twin Creek Apartments for over a year now and we couldnt ask for anything more. The manager, Paris, is amazing!! One of the maintenance staff, John, is also great! She goes above and beyond to keep her residents happy. If there is ever a maintenance issue or an issue in the apartments it is resolve as soon as possible and if it is an emergency, it is resolved right away! The customer service is great, the landscaping, environment and apartments are beautiful. I would recommend the Twin Creek Apartments!!! Plus, they always have contest, family events and pizza at the office every week.

Awesome Office Manager

Since moving to the complex I have had nothing but an amazing experience, for the price you defiantly get a lot and the complex is very quiet. Maintenance is always reachable and fast to respond, the grounds are very well kept and the new property manager Paris I absolutely love she’s very helpful and willing to go the extra mile when it has come to issues I’ve had. I’m definanlty making this my home until I buy a house in some years to come.....

A solid three

The prices are pretty good and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. That being said there are some issues. Yes there are roaches. It's an apartment. If you could show me one with none that would be great. Not really a huge deal. Some issues that bother me including the fact I can hear my neighbor shower to include turning the water on/off (squeaking). My ac broke on memorial day and here it is 11 days later and I still don't have ac. My apartment is a breezy 88 degrees. It's not bad for the money. Just realize you're not living in the nicest place
