The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Troy Gardens
Maintenance enters your own without asking or notification, pipes constantly burst, managers are compulsive liars, the noise levels are heinous, there were fleas everywhere. Keep looking.
Property Manager at Troy Gardens, Responded To This Review
It saddens us to hear you have been unhappy in our community. We take great pride in the upkeep and maintenance of our apartments, our grounds and amenities. We are disappointed you feel we have fallen below your expectations. Your comments are of great concern to our team, so we will be looking into these issues.
Lots of good things about this apartment complex, but be sure to ask about the specific building's policy on parking and pets. Some buildings have street parking, some have lot parking. It all depends on what's open. Biggest issue with my specific building is that there isn't much natural light, and no ceiling lights. Other than half of the living room, and the kitchen, you need lamps. Good for the price though.
