The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trout Run Apartments
I just moved in to this apartment building about 2 months ago with my boyfriend of 5 years. We selected this place on a recommendation from people that we know. The location is nice because everything that we need is within a 5 to 10 mile radius if that. It is in the city but not quite in the city. We have a park across one street and a mall just literally across another. I couldn't be more happy with our location. Upon applying to Trout Run Apartments we had such a great experience with the Apartment manager. She was so pleasant and helpful even though she was being pulled in so many different directions. Not only does shen take care of our apartment complex she manages several others in the area. She gave us keys to look at apartments but my boyfriend and I weren't exactly keen on those. But we had looked online about this other building but didn't have any vacancies. The manager said that she would contact us when a one bedroom would open up. We didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks. Until we got a call from the apartment manager stating that there was an unexpected opening. She thought of us right away. My boyfriend and I were pleased that she thought of us and jumped at the opportunity. So we set up an appointment to take a look at the apartment. We fell in love instantly. We told her we would take it and she said that she would have it ready in a week! The apartment is on the second floor. It has wall to wall carpeting for the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. Vast closet space with in the whole apartment. The color scheme is white walls and tan carpeting so decorating would be a breeze. In the kitchen there is a washer and dryer. So you don't have to lug your dirty laundry around the building or around town for that matter. So you can do your own wash from the comfort of your living room. Leading outside of the apartment there is a sliding glass door with vertical blinds to a wooden balcony looking out to lawn area where you can see the wildlife going about their business. It is fairly quiet at night so it was an easy transition coming from the country where lived with my parents growing up. I have to say that all in all I have had an excellent experience with Trout Run Apartments. I recommend this place top notch in my book.
I live with my boyfriend, so I am living in a studio enough room for both! Washer and dryer and when I need help, maintenance comes right away!
