We have had the privilage of leasing our apartment when this complex was first built. We have seen people come and go but never have we had any horrible experiences. Maintainece is quick, proffessional and real friendly. We never had any incident when something was not fixed or any problem that was not solved! Carl and Monique are awsome and they are so friendly and great help! It's great to sleep peacefully knowing we are in a safe and clean community with friendly neighbors. I absolutely love living at Trinity. The location is amazing, everything I need is literally 10min away and it is close to the airport! There are events every month and the community is peaceful. The staff is honestly the best, they are all incredibly helpful and sweet.

We moved in a month ago and I am truly happy we chose this as our new home. Originally we chose a different apartment complex and even paid the application fees. Something in my heart kept nagging me to give it up and find a different apartment. There were some serious red flags with the personalities of the office crew at the other building that I was about to commit to and I knew I needed to listen to that little voice. Found Trinity Apartments by doing a drive by of the area. Immediately I knew this was where we needed to live just by how awesome the office crew was. Everyone is incredible and super friendly. The vibe was fun and happy and they know customer service! We hunted for apartments for a solid 10 days and must have seen 15 different places. This spot stood out over all of them! We hit it off with Santana immediately and she took us on a tour of the property. I was impressed with the grounds, parking and overall cleanliness of the whole tour. Then we saw the apartments. What a surprise to see so many finishing touches like lighting dimmers and quality of fixtures. The apartment has more of a condo vibe than your typical apartment. So happy I listened to that nagging voice in my head. No regrets here!

I moved here recently simply because the apartment showing by Carl and Monique was five star!!! I have absolutely loved my experience since day one. The property is very well managed and maintained. The staff, including Justin, are all friendly and accommodating, always available to help as needed. The maintenance crew are superb at keeping the building clean, safe, and beautiful! It puts my heart at rest knowing I can be at ease and feel safe at the Trinity Union. If you are looking for one of the best places to lease in DFW, this is it!! Glade parks is minutes away and offers everything you need for your home.

Walked into the leasing office and greeted by a group of smiling professionals. They were extremely knowledge of the property and proactively addressed common inquires without needing to be asked. I was more impressed when I later learned the staff was relatively new (< 3 months). Kudos to their commitment to making the leasing process as easy & efficient as possible. It didn’t stop after signing the lease though, every time the kids and I enter the office we’re greeted with the same flare. We weren’t seen as another transaction but embraced as family. I toured with Brian M. and he was awesome. Excellent customer service and really made me feel like I could call this place home. Living alone can be scary but I felt safe in Trinity Union. There was not a lot of foot traffic and it was quiet.
I am very pleased by this property. The grounds are clean and safe, the amenities are wonderful, and everyone is so nice. The staff are friendly! Brian is professional and knowledgeable about the property. I also love how close the complex is to shopping areas, is easily accessible from Dallas, and is nestled in its own area.
I love this place! Brian is a pleasure to do business with. The kitchen space is absolutely amazing and comes with a gorgeous granite countertop.
When my husband and I were looking for apartment, we needed nothing but the best so we were really careful choosing a place we will call a home and that dream came into reality when we called trinity Union at Euless Tx. You've been here for almost 2 years now and must confess how happy we are here. Very neat, peaceful and good looking apartment, not forgetting the assistant manager Tanisha, she has been like a big sister to me, she always calls to checkup on us and sometimes request if we can, to bring our baby girl to the office to see her. Our baby girl is very fond of her and we love her too. Don't forget to ask about her when you pass by for a tour, she is really sweet and kind. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to call a home.

I have lived at this location since the property opened and have loved it!! . My unit is cute, feels home-y, and my neighbors are super nice. Gloria helped me find my perfect apartment in my budget when I first signed here. I also highly recommend working with Desiree - she is a pure sweetheart and has your back. I feel safe living here and whenever I need to have maintenance done or have a question, the office is very swift to answer. This really is my favorite apartment ever and I feel so blessed to be able to live here!
The staff support, apartment furnishings, and amenity availability far exceed the cost of living at Trinity. After living in 4 different apartment complexes over the past 4 years, I’ve finally found one I’m confident I live in for the long term.
I’ve been here ver two months, and I feel 100% at home. The staff here do an awesome job of making you feel welcome! The amenities are AMAZING! From the peloton bikes at the gym to the resort style pool! Also, you can’t forget about Juan with maintenance! You can tell he loves his job and he really puts his energy into building relationships with residents as well! Overall, this is a 5 star property and I couldn’t rate it anything less!
I just moved out of this property, after leasing for a little over a year. Overall, this property is decent and I really love the area it is located in. There were your normal issues related to apartment staff, nothing too out of the ordinary for me. The major issue I had was the sound disturbances from neighbors. There seems to be very little sound proofing of the apartments, and noise really carries. I could even hear a phone vibrate through the wall, and footsteps from above. I mean, this is apartment living, but this apartment seemed to have excessive noise issues, and it just wasn’t the right place for me for that reason. I would have probably rated this property a 3 star, except I received the summary of outstanding charges. I got charged an almost $40.00 for “carpet brightening.” This is a totally bogus charge, as I left my carpet and the rest of the unit with minimal wear and tear! I have lived in many apartments, and I have NEVER been charged something so RIDICULOUS! I’m fine paying if there was damage I left, or if I really left the apartment out of an expected condition. This was not the case at all, and the carpet was left in a good and expected condition. I’m incredibly disappointed and for this reason, I would NOT recommend thus property to anyone. The way a property handles issues of this manner, shows the kind of character of a company you are dealing with.
Working with the front office staff was pleasant upon move in but after I moved in it was almost impossible to get ahold of them. They want your business and once they have it you’re old news unless you tell them you want to move out and then their email miraculously works. Parking is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! If you live in the garden buildings you’re screwed because there are not enough spots to support tenants, guests, moving Pods, and customer service agents from companies. But if you live in the main building not only do you have a designated spot in the parking garage for free, you can also take up parking around the complex at your discretion. You’d think the parking garage would be open to all tenants as it was built to be convenient but it’s extremely inconvenient when it’s limited to those who only live in the main building. Of course if you live in the garden buildings convenient parking comes at a price. I’m sure if you still decide to live at Trinity Union you’ll find parking later on because everyone is moving out. The only nice thing about this apartment complex is the 2 maintenance workers who are generous and kind. They always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful!
Trinity Union has been my home for the past year, and I am more than happy to call it home for years to come. All of the ladies in the office have been nothing short of perfect, they are all so welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of whether it's submitting a maintenance request or helping me track down a package- I have no family in TX but my Trinity family helps fill that void. If you are thinking of moving to Trinity Union my recommendation would be to DO IT, I promise you will have no regrets; Gloria will take good care of you!!

Stay away from the place. They are liars. No swimming pool, no fitness center, but premium price. They lied all key amenities will be ready Q1 2019, next they said ‘swimming pool season’ whenever it is. Finally, ‘mid-summer’. Still nothing.
I live in the 2nd floor , and I have a family upstairs on the third floor who has a kid. The kid runs in the morning 6 am to 8am and from evening to 9 pm on weekdays and during weekends, it’s from morning till evening ! our sleep has been restless. The noise gives the effect of a person running across with wedged heel boots all day and it feels like it hits my cranium everyday. Whenever the kid runs across the hall, we can see the light fixtures above the kitchen island sway a little; and rattle while the kid runs over the bedroom area, the ceiling fan clangs due to the vibration. On days when I’m sick, I can’t even resort to sleeping peacefully in my bedroom due to the noise. It is horrible, I can’t sleep peacefully at my own home ! None of the leasing agents responded to my numerous emails. I also had left a voicemail everyday explaining the noise issues we have and they responded only once that they have informed the respective neighbors to be quieter. But there has hardly been any change. I have tried sleeping with ear plugs and still it doesn’t help in the morning. They try to do customer service by giving a welcome gift bag, and drop off fall gifts at the door but there’s point to it If they can’t help with the issues I’m facing. Think before you choose this apartment because the sound proofing is the worst I’ve seen. If you wanna test it out, try seeing if you have any walls common to a bedroom or closet, and try pulling and closing a drawer or tap to check the sound level. The apartment is definitely good for the price but if it isn’t sound proofed enough and if they can’t help you, your life at Trinity Union is doomed. We would have loved this apartment as our home if they had taken some measures to reduce the noise. I’m still awaiting for some changes to be made !
The apartments are great, everything brand new, great appliances, LED lights everywhere, super friendly staff BUT they have a big flaw, you can hear everything from your neighbors. Don't really understand how they didn't sound proof better, adding more dense materials or something else to absorb the noise. We chose a top floor to avoid hearing people walking while trying to sleep and and surprisingly if can hear everything's my neighbor below me is doing, if he is watching TV, if he cannot sleep and is moving on the bed, waking, closing doors, etc. You get the idea. My last two apartments didn't have this issue. I would give them five stars if they didn't have this problem.
