They’re dirty and beat down. They have roaches, water damage, mold, and their A/C-heater is on a boiler system. It’s 6 months on, 6 months off. But half the time it doesn’t work either way…If it’s 20 or 85 degrees, oh, well. You deal with it. They control what you can set your temp to. Don’t even think about installing a window unit or you’ll be fined $75 a month for that. Plus the extra electricity you’ll be using. Please take your money elsewhere. The management does NOT care about your concerns and will simply argue or ignore you. Find better near by.
I've lived here for 8 months. My electricity goes out multiples times a month due to poor maintanence. My fridge hasn't worked in 5 days and they keep giving me the run around and still nothing fixed. Someone showed up at 1030 at night in no uniform so I had no way of knowing if they worked for the complex. The ceiling fan in the extra bedroom was never installed properly and fell and hit my child in the face. The office people had no concern or aked if he was ok. The Manager Kat is very dismissive and admitted to not hold her to any standard because she will not meet it. The guy in the office is very rude and snooty. He always states nothing is his problem and he can't resolve anything. Not sure why he even has a job. They control when you have heat or AC. We get monthly notices that the hot water isn't working. People are very loud and inconsiderate of others who live here. All around is a terrible complex to live in. Not worth a dollar.
We felt right @ home the minute we walked into the office! Tina was truly awesome & Beth was an absolute delight...we laughed the whole time. The property is really nice. The townhouse style, is our favorite! We have been here before and notice that they are making great changes!! We are excited to call Tribecca our next home!
I live here since January ..always a problem They send maintenance when they have a line of people waiting outside to get repairs A/C always has a problem !!chillers “always out or they have to be turned off for repairs !!! 24 hour emergency maintenance it’s big LIE!!!! They have 3 portable a/c units for the whole complex so it takes turns for you to get one borrowed ! Don’t waste your money here !!!
Extremely outdated complex. Exterior renovations we're only cosmetic. The few interior renovations they've done we're not functional. There's at least 10 layers of paint on the walls and cabinets. The main air conditioning units go out many times during the summer and leave everyone suffering in the apartments. Walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. There's no separate ventilation between units so you get to smell what your neighbors apartment smells like at all times. Good luck finding a parking space anywhere near your apartment. Kids run around at all times of the day and night screaming and destroying things. Dumpsters are always full of furniture with mountains of trash piled around them. Landscapers clean up after themselves by blowing everything on to your patio. If you have a maintenance issue, you're best option is to call the emergency maintenance number and report it to them. The office doesn't process work orders much at all. This place is extremely over priced for the condition it's in.
The dumpsters get taken out every 6 months which leads to what me and my boyfriend have nicknames “trash mountain” I wish I could post pictures because believe me it’s nasty. Trash mountain leads to roaches and all sorts of bugs that I have been spending the past year crushing by the dozens and does the rude staff care? No. Speaking of rude staff... they change how you pay rent seemingly monthly and make rude comments to your face. Leave notices on your door of major events that are of course happening that day 0/10
Roaches, spiders, horrible office staff, rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. Maintenance people have no idea what they are doing if they actually come to "fix" anything at all. Almost 14 hundred bucks a month to rent a 3 bedroom, in a run down drug and crime ridden area and the apartments are falling apart. They have done some updating but it's all cosmetic. Bad pipes (they have turned the water off numerous times without warning)air conditioning doesn't work half the time and you have no control of ac and heat. Any time the neighbors smoke or cook in their apartment you can smell it in your apartment. We've had to leave twice because of a paint/turpentine smell came in through the vents and permeated our whole apartment. They take advantage of people because they are second chance. This place is a joke, and rip off. Avoid if you can. We wished we had.
These apartments are a bit older there's a few things that go bad but maintenance fix any problem quick. They also have police and citizens on patrol circle around on certain hours to make sure everything is safe.
