I love living here at Treetops. It's such a beautiful community! Stepping into the apartment really does feel like coming home. The community areas are fantastic and the staff is genuinely so kind!

Love it,but if I knew kids were living above me and floors so thin I would never have moved. Other first floor apartments I visited had sound proofing on ceiling......hope I make it a year then I'm out.

Living at Treetops Apartments has been a generally positive experience. The location is super convenient, with food places and grocery stores just a short walk or drive away. I've found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet and safe, which is a big plus. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and I appreciate the pool, in-unit laundry, balcony, and updated appliances. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled promptly and efficiently by the friendly maintenance staff. The office team is always helpful and responsive, which makes communication a breeze. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live."

I have lived here for 2 years now. The property is really well kept landscaping always great lot of flowers and trimmed shrubbery. Staff and neighbors all very friendly great place to live.

The community is great! Staff is always helpful and friendly. If something goes wrong, maintenance is right there to help. They have great amenities— pool, gym, pool table, grills, cute outdoor furniture. They do fun things around the apartment like for easter month, they hide a golden egg around the complex and whoever finds it receives a prize!

Our experience here has been great and we have no complaints. Everyone is so friendly and all of the amenities are great. Looking forward to the pool opening soon!

I have been here almost 4 years and it has been a great place to live. Staff is friendly, maintenance is always on point and it’s a quite neighborhood.

Everything went great during the move in process,until the first night I was awoken at 3:00am to screaming and banging in the apartment below me. It was very scary to the point I had to leave the apartment and find a place to stay. The office is closed today, so I plan to go to the office first thing tomorrow morning!

Great place to live. No real complaints. They often are doing work around the property to upgrade and upkeep the grounds. So Nice atmosphere and amenities and helpful people at the office.

Very peaceful and relaxing! Would highly recommend living here. Management is nice and maintenance is on top of things. If you put in a maintenance request, they’re here within a day to check out and fix the issue!

I just currently moved in and the amenties are fantastic. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and the amentities are FANTASTIC! The best apartment that I could find in the area by far. Even the movers commented on how nice everything is.

We decided to sell our house and go back to apartment living. The house is too big for just the two of us, and we really want to be finished with constant yard work and home repairs and renovations. We're out near the Lancaster County border and everything is far away, including work (in Frazer). Time to downsize and go back to enjoying life again (SEE YA, 30 Bypass!!)! We looked at a lot of places, and Treetops checked every box! We haven't fully moved in yet; but we got our keys yesterday. Liz has made this whole experience wonderful for us! The apartment is beautiful, and the neighbors we've met are so nice. Can't wait for our furniture to be delivered so we can spend our first night! Truthfully, letting go and starting over has been a lot more emotional than I anticipated, but Liz and the Treetops community has made it feel ke home already. I'll always be grateful for that! So excited to be here!

Great place to live. Nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Really good amenities and plenty to do. Downside is the rent is raised every year.

I recently renewed my lease for another year. Went very smoothly with a modest rent increase. The office staff here is always so helpful. Great to have the pool back this Summer!

Just moved in and all staff and residents have been so nice. We love the area and all the amenities that TreeTops has to offer. It is in a great location and convenient to all stores. We love it!

Neighbors don’t respect the part in the lease about making too much noise & theres 0 action from management. Have had to make complaints every year about people outside reving their engines or playing with their motorcycles past 10pm on a weeknight & nothing gets done. Made a complaint about a neighbors noise and management didn’t wanna deal with it. Been here for almost 5 years & they’ve never offered to touch up anything as half of our interior (random paint chips/cracks, drippy faucets, etc) looks bad just from age & maintenance has seen it and doesn’t do anything. Also have had issues with the mail here. Barely any accommodations that make up for the price. Would only recommend if it happens to be the “cheapest” option

Love living here! Amenities are great, neighbors are so nice, such a nice and quiet place to live. Parking is never an issue. Communication is great from the front office.

My apartment at Treetops is perfect for my needs. It is just the right size, quiet and has all the amenities I want. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are well maintained. I am happy to live here.

We love living at Treetops. The office staff is great they are hands on and easily assesssble. The maintenance guys are great. On this snowy nite we have no worries they will shovel and salt our walks and plow our parking lot we just have to get our coffee and wave and thank them! You can walk around the area and in the summer they have a beautiful salt water pool beautiful area nice clubhouse and nice grilling area

Apartment is excellent, updated appliances, quiet community, amazing staff. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Community is very nice, huge gym and computer center as well as tennis and basketball courts.
