Very nice community. Lots of trees and open area. Ample parking space and necessary amenities. Shopping complex and schools are nearby. Recommended

I have lived here for 2 years now. The property is really well kept landscaping always great lot of flowers and trimmed shrubbery. Staff and neighbors all very friendly great place to live.

Our experience has been peaceful. The neighborhood is very nice and pleasant. The upkeep is beyond expectations. We are excited for the opportunity and engaging experiences we have tried and soon to try

The community is great! Staff is always helpful and friendly. If something goes wrong, maintenance is right there to help. They have great amenities— pool, gym, pool table, grills, cute outdoor furniture. They do fun things around the apartment like for easter month, they hide a golden egg around the complex and whoever finds it receives a prize!

Our experience here has been great and we have no complaints. Everyone is so friendly and all of the amenities are great. Looking forward to the pool opening soon!

I have been here almost 4 years and it has been a great place to live. Staff is friendly, maintenance is always on point and it’s a quite neighborhood.

It has a been amazing!! Everyone is nice, the area is peaceful, and the memories being created are great!!! We are appreciative for our new home at Treetops at Chester Hollows

Everything went great during the move in process,until the first night I was awoken at 3:00am to screaming and banging in the apartment below me. It was very scary to the point I had to leave the apartment and find a place to stay. The office is closed today, so I plan to go to the office first thing tomorrow morning!

Great place to live. No real complaints. They often are doing work around the property to upgrade and upkeep the grounds. So Nice atmosphere and amenities and helpful people at the office.

Great mix of affordability, cleanliness, updated amenities, parking, and good responsiveness from management. In a great an convenient location as well.

Quiet, maintained, beautiful landscaping, nice amenities and courteous staff. I’m enjoying my time here, I felt at home right away. Looking forward to using the pool and outdoor facilities this summer.

Very peaceful and relaxing! Would highly recommend living here. Management is nice and maintenance is on top of things. If you put in a maintenance request, they’re here within a day to check out and fix the issue!

I just currently moved in and the amenties are fantastic. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and the amentities are FANTASTIC! The best apartment that I could find in the area by far. Even the movers commented on how nice everything is.

We decided to sell our house and go back to apartment living. The house is too big for just the two of us, and we really want to be finished with constant yard work and home repairs and renovations. We're out near the Lancaster County border and everything is far away, including work (in Frazer). Time to downsize and go back to enjoying life again (SEE YA, 30 Bypass!!)! We looked at a lot of places, and Treetops checked every box! We haven't fully moved in yet; but we got our keys yesterday. Liz has made this whole experience wonderful for us! The apartment is beautiful, and the neighbors we've met are so nice. Can't wait for our furniture to be delivered so we can spend our first night! Truthfully, letting go and starting over has been a lot more emotional than I anticipated, but Liz and the Treetops community has made it feel ke home already. I'll always be grateful for that! So excited to be here!

Great place to live. Nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Really good amenities and plenty to do. Downside is the rent is raised every year.

I recently renewed my lease for another year. Went very smoothly with a modest rent increase. The office staff here is always so helpful. Great to have the pool back this Summer!

These apartments are peaceful and nice. Neighbors are very friendly and staff is kind! The pool is so nice and well kept. I would definitely recommend this complex to small families and couples!

Just moved in and all staff and residents have been so nice. We love the area and all the amenities that TreeTops has to offer. It is in a great location and convenient to all stores. We love it!

Neighbors don’t respect the part in the lease about making too much noise & theres 0 action from management. Have had to make complaints every year about people outside reving their engines or playing with their motorcycles past 10pm on a weeknight & nothing gets done. Made a complaint about a neighbors noise and management didn’t wanna deal with it. Been here for almost 5 years & they’ve never offered to touch up anything as half of our interior (random paint chips/cracks, drippy faucets, etc) looks bad just from age & maintenance has seen it and doesn’t do anything. Also have had issues with the mail here. Barely any accommodations that make up for the price. Would only recommend if it happens to be the “cheapest” option

Love living here! Amenities are great, neighbors are so nice, such a nice and quiet place to live. Parking is never an issue. Communication is great from the front office.

My apartment at Treetops is perfect for my needs. It is just the right size, quiet and has all the amenities I want. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are well maintained. I am happy to live here.

We love living at Treetops. The office staff is great they are hands on and easily assesssble. The maintenance guys are great. On this snowy nite we have no worries they will shovel and salt our walks and plow our parking lot we just have to get our coffee and wave and thank them! You can walk around the area and in the summer they have a beautiful salt water pool beautiful area nice clubhouse and nice grilling area

I lived at this gorgeous development for two years and although I have lived in the area for years, this hidden community was not what I expected. The grounds are immaculate, leasing staff was Phenomenal in their communication to the resident and the maintenance staff was excellent. This staff TRULY cares about its residents and their community. I didn’t think I would enjoy living at Treetops as much as I did. Liz and Britt were FABULOUS in ensuring that any concerns, questions or issues I had around anything that they addressed them immediately and took great care of me as a resident. I highly recommend this community to anyone who asks me about my previous living experiences throughout Chester County. Thank you to the residents, leasing and maintenance staff for being so welcoming and treating this community with LOVE. I miss my neighbors in the 700 building as they were so kind, thoughtful and friendly. Kudos Treetop at ChesterHollow for having one of the best communities.

I enjoy my apartment at Treetops very much. The property is well maintained for the most part. My apartment is quiet and suits my needs very well. I was very disappointed by the fact that the swimming pool was inaccessible for the entire summer due to major repairs needing to be done. The pool is one of the main amenities of Treetops and not having it for the entire season was inconvenient and disappointing. A substitute pool was provided at another complex but it was several miles away and would not allow guests. This was unsatisfactory since I could not have my grandchildren use the pool when they visited last summer. I am hoping that next summer will be better.

Overall I love living in Treetops. It’s a quiet community and near a lot of really great shops and restaurants. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner as well. Was disappointed this year because the pool was not ready in time and there was very little communication regarding when it would open. Was a shame because I really was looking forward to using it this summer.
