The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Treehouse Village
I feel like a kid again. Some days I feel like I'm on vacation especially now that the weather is cooler. Two pools, clubhouse for events, gym, dog park, neighborhood garden, nature trails and is in close proximity to food and entertainment. I live on the second floor in a corner unit and every time I walk out into my balcony I can literally touch the leaves from the nearby trees. Not only do they provide shade when its hot but now that its cool out, I turn my AC off, open the sliding door, with the screen door still engaged and it feels like I'm sitting in my own private tree house. I especially love this when it rains slightly and the birds start to fly in between the trees. Its like watching nature in HD. I love my 2bd/2bth Apt. Its quiet, relaxing and its a safe haven. The space is so open and the light from the balcony comes right through the living room and into the kitchen which is my second favorite part of the place. Its so open that its almost industrial. High rise town house feel with a touch of country. Staff is helpful, friendly and maintenance is on top of issues the day after they're reported.
Treehouse Village is the hidden gem of apartment complexes in Gainesville, Florida. The two bedroom apartments are spacious, with fantastic views and an even more fantastic community. The office and maintenance staff work hard to ensure that all the needs of the residents are met in a timely manner. The complex is a short bike or bus ride to the University of Florida, and minutes from downtown. Additionally, there are two large pools and a 24-hour gym. Bonus: pets are as welcome as their owners. Treehouse is unlike any other complex in Gainesville.
