The space is divided into distinct training zones, each outfitted with professional-grade equipment to accommodate a wide range of fitness activities. The strength training area features a Matrix power rack with a dedicated lifting platform, a full rack of dumbbells with adjustable benches, and a cable functional trainer. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV keeps members entertained during workouts, while floor-to-ceiling mirrors visually expand the space and allow for proper form checks. The flooring combines durable rubber matting and a turf training strip — complete with yard-line markings — ideal for agility drills, sled pushes, and functional training. The functional training zone is stocked with TKO punching bags, medicine balls, battle ropes, and resistance bands, all organized on a branded Metropolitan storage rack. Additional machines for targeted muscle training and a dip/pull-up tower round out the equipment offerings.
