This place is nothing but problems and I don’t say that lightly as I have never spent the time to write a review in my life led alone a negative one. I would recommend when you look at all these 5 star reviews it’s of people the tour the place not actually live here. Talk to someone the lives here and I guarantee their opinion will be different. If you are looking for a quiet place it’s not here someone blast music in the middle of the night all the time and it’s never been dealt with. Have a problem and want to talk to someone about it good luck! I think all you have to do to work here is have worked a minimum of one year at McDonald’s. I could wright a book about this place but will hold off for now as I have been working with a few attorneys on the the problems wrong with this place and how they like to milk every bit of money they can get from residents from the time you move in till the time you move out and no not in a legally binding way or else attorneys would not be involved.

We hate the fact that your experience has been so bad that it prompted you to take time to write a negative review despite having never written a review before as you stated. It is understandable that no one wants to spend more money than what they have to, but the monthly costs are explicitly disclosed in the lease contract. Since you have engaged a few attorneys, please let us know if they will need our attorney's contact information. Otherwise we are happy to address your concerns.
Management and maintenance are very helpful. This building has great amenities, including a lap pool, hot tub, full gym, parking garage on each level, rooftop patio, several grills and hammocks. The building has wifi built in that is included in your utility bill. The kitchens are just beautiful, with lots of counter space and brand new appliances. Nice big spaces for a reasonable price.

This complex looks incredibly beautiful the only one major major draw back is there is a huge tent city along the w route stretching from Knox? All the way to federal. If you intend on biking or walking as a form of transport and using light rail then this is not a ideal spot
