If you love to shop, you’ll love living in Arboretum. At the heart of this neighborhood, you’ll find The Arboretum, a popular shopping destination located off Highway 183 in north Austin. Property Ratings at Tramor at the Arboretum
Tramor at The Arboretum has been my favorite home in Austin. Since living in South Austin for three years , I wanted a change of scenery. The Arboretum has amazing nature SCENERY! Maintenance team works efficiently and they are so kind! All the staff shows how much they care for the apartments.
I have talked to management regardibg above noise over the last few months. They refuse to do anything. I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and understand noise! This is not normal! Do not rent here if you want to deal with horrible management
I have lived here for around five years. It's been great. The place is nice and quiet. I've never had a maintenance request open for more than a day. Everything has been good here, and it's a really good deal for the neighborhood.
