Marlowe appears to be a quiet and safe community. The pet accommodations are good. The building construction is solid. Thermal quality of the unit is high. Overall comfortability is exceptional.

The front office staff were amazing in helping me settle in to my new apartment. There are several places to sit/enjoy being outside around the community and the walking trail behind the community is so fun! I'm grateful to live here! Also, the closet in the A3 unit is HUGE and there is so much storage space.

It is a brand new apartment complex which is why the appliances are new a working great. The community is very clean and quiet most of the time. Its gated apartment which makes us feel safe and the amenities are great with swimming pool and 24 hr gym.

Nice new build apartments in a perfect location. Except... 1. Upon moving in, my apartment wasn't cleaned nor did I have internet. Although I was reimbursed for the months without internet, it was such an inconvenience as I work from home. Also, at move-in, I was given one garage door opener when I was supposed to have two. After being told they were on backorder, I just got the other opener last week. This is after I had followed up with them several times since February, but other tenants who came after me already had received their openers. Also, some of my windows do not lock. Told maintenance and he said he will send construction, they have not come and this was 5 months ago. In addition, construction workers were using my electricity and water. I provided the office with my electric bill, and as of last week, still no f/u up from the office regarding a reimbursement. 2. My apartment flooded twice. After notifying the office and after the professionals finally arrived, I was left with half of the rug in the master bedroom and LOUD fans around the apartment. This was an inconvenience (as I work from home and the fans also prevented me from sleeping), so I asked if I could be moved to a vacant apartment. (I wondered why this wasn't offered to me initially). It happened again in a smaller area, no LOUD fans needed this time. 3. Rodents- I understand this is a new build but when dead rodents were found in two different vehicles and rodents damaged the inside of a third vehicle, it was a problem. I reported it to the office each time and even spoke with whoever it is that handles pests for the apartments, they stated, "We have already put something out around your building for rodents and will put traps in the garage." No one has come to check the glue traps since they have been put out. 4. The windows and walls are paper thin so I constantly hear highway noise, which affects my sleep greatly. I asked to be transferred to the opposite side of the community but needed a garage attached to the BUILDING, not necessarily the apartment. Was told by office staff and management TWICE that the apartments are attached to the garages, therefore there are no individual garages. (I knew this to be false because I saw them being built). Come to find out, there are some apartments attached to a garage and there are some individual garages. But now that the buildings are open and ready to rent, the apartments that I would have wanted are all taken!

The entire staff at Marlowe Grapevine are wonderful. Lauren is so friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile for us. She is very knowledgeable about the complex and any issues that come she takes care of them right away. Kerrie the community manager is great! It's nice to have management that is on top of everything and keeps the integrity of the complex to such a high standard. We moved to the Marlowe for that reason and we have not been disappointed. This is a beautiful community and with Kerrie & Lauren in charge we feel it will stay that way!

Don’t move here unless they have changes management companies away from Greystar. These people don’t care about residents. They are slow to respond and they even tell you they have fixed probers when the knowingly have not done so.
