This apartment is so dirty because people are littering cigarettes buds everywhere. I asked the leasing office to do something to fix this problem. I sent them several emails and even talked to office manager but never received a response back and nothing happened. If you like clean environment don’t lease this apartment! Also dog waste is everywhere.

So far, one week in, I am very pleased. I moved long distance and it was so helpful to be able to do so much of the application process with online access and uploads. The staff was so encouraging and informative for my family here local who had first come to look at it. Upon my arrival, Asst Mger Tammy has been so good to keep the settling in process going along. Office Pro Antonella was ready when I arrived with paperwork prepared and answers ready to my questions. Both were and continue to be professional and personable. I did have some minor tasks for maintenance I found had been missed, and they were quick to address them (nice work Luis! even working around my cat!). Place seems organized, cares about their residents...and it made a big impression on me that many of the staff live here themselves. What I saw on Apartment.com seems to be how it is. Like I say I'm only week in, but no regrets!

Looks are deceiving. Office staff are RUDE and Inconsiderate. The apartments themselves are thin walled, Roach invested and you literally can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING ! Staff and maintenance have failed to keep the area around the apartment complex clean, especially the trash bends. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a piece of mind.
Best place in Texas. Work is taking me out of state or I'd stay forever. Mohammed the maintenance man is so nice, respectful and smart. Really a great place to live.
I LOVE living at Trails at Creekside. Could not ask for a better location or apartment. I noticed a couple recent bad reviews and I bet these people don't pay there rent or something. Richard and the workers are amazing and always greet me and my family with a smile. They did a pool party last week and the kids loved it. The pool is always sparkling and the workers are always zipping around picking up whatever. Thank you Richard, Miranda, Aaron and Justin Yall are amazing.
Moved in recently and we love the Trails. Tee staff is friendly and takes care of all our needs. The manager Richard even hosted a pool party last week and cooked hot dogs for everyone and it was super hot out that day. The apartment is beautiful and really close to Shops at Legacy! If you new to the area this is the best place to live!!!
Moved in a couple months ago and everything at the apartment is amazing. The area is nice and the schools are really good. We like the pool a lot and having the gas grills is really convenient. Great apartments!!!

Best apartments in Allen. I moved in not to long ago and the apartments and people are amazing. My neighbors are very friendly and the staff is great. If you are new to the area this is the place to be.

I liked living at the Trails The apartments are very nice and new. Comes with stainless appliances and a washer/ dryer which is convenient. I had a garage that wasn't attached but close to the apartment. Its close to Shops at Legacy without the price. I highly recommend.

My then girlfriend lived in a one-bedroom there for 2 years, then we moved to a 2-bedroom after we got married and we stayed there for a year. Loved every minute of it. The complex is always clean, the pool is beautifully lit. The walking trail is a plus; though I would have loved to have more grass inside the complex for walking the dogs. The location is perfect, just right off 121. We are seriously considering going back in the next few months, just not sure about paying those pet fees & deposits again.

Great apartments. Nice appliances and they come with a washer and dryer. My favorite part is the Allen trail being so close, my dog and I go for walks every night.

Finally a competent and caring staff. Ryan and the previous people couldn't care less and would lie to your face. Richard the new manager took the time to listen to all the crap we had been through since moving in. He even came to our apartment to make sure we got what we were promised. We have always enjoyed the apartment because it is really nice and comes with a washer and dryer. Now that everything works we will be staying for a while.

New team is really making positive changes. I have seen Richard the new manager walking around in the mornings picking up trash. Also, Jose in maintenance fixed all the issues prior management never touched. Im so happy that for the first time there are people working here that actually care about the property.

New staff at Creekside is amazing and makes all the difference in the world. Landscaping never looked better and they replaced the roofs the first month they were here! The property and apartments are beautiful and now that they are being taken care of its a great place to live. The manager is good at letting us know whats going on and when things are happening.

Richard and Miranda are amazing. After waiting months to receive a gift card, the new staff at Ceekside finally came through. I am already starting to see improvements around the property and Im excited to live at The Trails again. Work orders are getting done quickly and they answer the phones!

Not sure where they got the good reviews from , prob from employees that work and live there. This place has been bought and sold 5 times in the 4 years I’ve been here. Office staff have always been nice , but this new crew is RUDE pretentious and basically hateful . This isn’t just from me but everyone I’ve spoken to about it , even the man that delivers the mail says the new personnel don’t speak and are rude . The apartments themselves are thin walled , you literally can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING ! If you like to smell Pot in the evenings then you will enjoy waking outside after 6pm. If you want to be nicked and dimed then this place is for you . If you like Rat Droppings covering your patio then this place is for you . If you like to be overcharged for a garage $150/month this place is for you . If you like BROKEN Exercise equipment this place is for you . Please for the love of God do not rent from these aweful people
Since moving to Dallas , At creekside apartment is a wonderful place to live!
These are very beautiful apartments but don't let the looks fool you. If you have dogs you might want to reconsider living here because it is not dog friendly, they have maybe 3 patches of grass to even take your dog to, the rest is covered in dying plants and old mulch. The trail behind the complex was a key selling point for me but I soon learned that it is infested with snakes and not safe, and someone actually shot themselves on the trail back in June. As far as living, if you live on the side that faces Custer Rd, you will be woken up EVERY morning by the noise of the traffic on the street. I had read a review prior to moving in about the street noise and thought it wouldn't be too bad, but I was badly mistaken. The street noise is worse that I imagined. And to top it all off, the management charged me $50 to simply unlock my door when I was locked out! I had stepped outside Sunday morning to meet a friend who was dropping off some things of mine when my dog jumped up and locked my door, locking me out of my place with no keys and no phone. Thankfully my neighbor was nice enough to let me wait in her house and use her phone to call the maintenance. Unfortunately I had to call maintenance TWICE and leave two voice mails before they contacted me back an hour and a half later. Finally over two hours later someone was there with a key to unlock my door. I didn't have an issue waiting 2 hours for someone to get there since it was on Sunday but I do have an issue with this complex charging it's patrons $50 to simply get a key and unlock their door. Like I said, I fell in love with the looks of this complex but the looks are not everything. My advice to you is, find a better complex who's management will not try to nickel and dime you with childish fees.
Im wondering if these reviews are for Trails at Creekside in Allen. These apartments are the best, and management is some of the kindest people you will ever meet. For every issue, we have no matter how small, management is never rude or unhelpful. We are currently in a one bedroom and plan to move into a two bedroom here in the next couple of months. We can't find a reason to move. The pool is nice, the gym is nice and the residents are kind. What else can you ask for.
Since Pinnacle management taken over been nightmare. Emailed management regarding neighbor garbage and litter around complex. No response from management. Plan on breaking lease and moving as soon as possible. Nice apartment but management company very lazy. Moving because of management company.
These apartments are absolutely beautiful! But, they are cheaply built!! Moved in about two weeks ago and have not had a good night's rest since. I enjoy the amenities and everything the apartment offers EXCEPT the loud noise level from the upstairs neighbors. Their walking sounds like a marching army. I cannot go to sleep until THEY go to sleep, which is lots of times between the hours of 1 and 2 am, that's why I have to break the lease. The noise is unbearable. I'm assuming if you live on a top floor, you would have no worries. It feels like a luxury resort. But, if you want to be at peace, get a top floor, away from the noisy street, and enjoy the beautiful apartment.
Moved here back in April from a small town. This apartment is in the perfect spot to adjust from a small town to city life. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. It's not too far away from anything. The amenities are far more than what I expected out of an apartment complex. It definitely feels like a resort-style vacation home..right at home! :)
Well its definitely beautiful! We moved in a few weeks ago and I can honestly say we are quite happy! Very central, modern and staff is wonderful. Only thing I can say is I hope the online payment system gets up and running before next month, its much more convenient.
Jefferson creek side (which is changing its name to trails at creek side I believe) is a very very nice luxury appartme to complex with nice amenities and classy interior. Parking can be kind of a nightmare and rent is pretty steep for a single bed/bath. Electricity is run off of coserve which doesn't allow automatic payments (residuals) but other than those three things, a very nice place to live!
Noisy at times from dogs barking and there a trash landfill site across the street that puts off bad smells at times. I can hear my neighbor talking through the walls clearly. An ok place to stay.

I am living at the Trails at Creekside apartments (formerly Jefferson Creekside apartments) since Nov 2014. Its a nice place to live overall. Pros : 1) Well maintained and clean property. 2) Maintenance requests are handled promptly (within a day or two). The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. 3) The apartments were built recently so the quality is very good, brand new stainless steel GE appliances, lots of storage space, washer and dryer are provided in each unit. 4) Very close (walking distance) to CVS pharmacy, also close to a Golf course which is a nice place to walk/ jog. 5) Valet trash service is very efficient, they have never missed a day till now. Cons: 1) Online payment portal is not working anymore since the new management (Pinnacle group) took over. 2) The new management seems kind of rude, they suddenly stopped the online portal and this caused a lot of inconvenience to many residents at that time, the manager plainly refused to extend the payment deadline for that month even after multiple requests from many residents, and talked as if it was our fault that the online portal was taken down at no prior notice. 3) Heard some traffic noise complaints from residents whose apartments face the Custer road. Try leasing an apartment which faces the courtyard (they have many small courtyards, so you can have a choice). 4) The rents have gone up recently Request to management: Please start the online payment portal soon and also the community events.
Apartments are very new, always clean, wonderful staff, great value for what you spend in the area
