Canyon Creek provides a peaceful, park-like atmosphere that’s just 20 miles north of Downtown Austin, directly north of Concordia University Texas, southwest of the Austin Aquarium, four miles south of Lakeline Mall, and just five miles from Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Travel down 620 to do your grocery shopping and grab a quick meal – you’ll find a variety of options here, including H-E-B, CVS, and Home Depot.
Canyon Creek features one neighborhood park. Trailhead Park is located on the north end of the neighborhood and includes a covered playground, a walking path, plenty of shade trees, a basketball court, soccer fields, and picnic areas. Signed a 15 month lease and moved in Nov ‘24, so far things have been good. Apartment is nice, grounds are kept, complex is quiet, nice amenities.

fairly quiet. trash pickup has been very consistent. could be better with ensuring residents are picking up after their animals when walking them. haven’t had any issues with the apartment beyond bathroom sink and bath drains not being cleaned properly. overrun with hair and junk, and doesn’t drain properly.

Parking here is a nightmare, sometimes you have to park very far away. Also everyone needs to pick up their dog poop. It constantly stinks all through the complex and you even have watch your stop on the trail. Other than that it’s okay.

It is close to a lot of places I visit especially Church! Some things can be improved like the trash valet but mostly everything is good. Front office visits are always pleasant.

I absolutely love living here! One of the best parts is the amazing maintenance team. They always come the next day after a request, whether it's changing a lamp or fixing the A/C. Their efficiency and responsiveness make me feel safe and valued. Thank you so much!

I haven’t had any major issues, however I wish my neighbors would pick up after their dogs and not smoke on the property, I don’t even bring my dog to the designated dog park because it’s the one place people let their dogs off the leash to poop everywhere and leave without cleaning it and it stays that was for months before anyone comes to clean it. I wish I could opt out from paying for it since we don’t used it anyway.

Finding a new place in a hurry can be a real challenge! But let me tell you, when I was connected with Karin at The Trails of Canyon Creek, it was like a breath of fresh air. She not only rescued me from my stressful situation, but she also handled my frazzled nerves with grace and professionalism. Every phone call was promptly returned, I was approved in less than 30 minutes, and I was moving into my beautiful apartment within three days. And let me tell you about Rich - he made signing the lease a breeze, even with my frazzled nerves! Unlike other places I applied to, where the process was long, drawn out, and difficult, the staff at The Trails of Canyon Creek made everything easier than I could have imagined. Been living here for 2 years and just resigned my lease ! Love the area as everything is close by! Only complaint I have is that the hello doorstep trash service doesn’t always grab the trash. Noticed that it is usually on thursdays when it’s hit or miss. I pay 30$ each month for this amenity so it can get frustrating when I have to go and do it.

I’ve been here for 13 years and loving my home. The office staff are so nice and helpful. The complex is filled with trees and new landscape which makes you feel at home.

Everyone is very nice at the office. I enjoy this complex being quite and friendly. My neighbors are great, the pool area is very nice and clean. There are dog stations all over the complex, which helps dog owners. Overall its a great community to live at.

It’s been pretty good. The office has worked with me to resolve any issues that have arisen. The apartments are centrally located. Everything you could possibly want is close by.

loud neighbors. gym very unclean and is often filled with disrespectful residents that do not follow rules listed. stolen weights, unclean and broken equipment. pool is often littered with trash. found glass bottles with broken glass when swimming recently.

I have lived here for many years and have not had any real bad experiences. Residents are 50% friendly in this multi-ethnic community.

Great living here. Good area, nice staff and friendly atmosphere with a wonderful office and amenities. Nice apartment complex with two pools and 24/7 gym.

Living here the past few years has been rather comfy. It's quiet here, most the time don't even realize there's other tenants here that's how quiet it can be. There's room to improve here and there but most of it is nit-picks.
