Property Ratings at Trailpoint at the Woodlands
I stayed in the apt for a year. The worst thing out of few were The roaches started to pop up in summer time. I put in the service request for the fumigation at least three times in 4 months But it did nothing the roaches kept coming back more stronger. My son was scared to go into the kitchen because as soon as the light closes they start to appear every where I complained in the office they had the standard answer that they will send in the fumigation guy. I have stayed in apartments all over US for the last 25 years and I have never seen this level of infestations of roaches anywhere ever!!!
The leasing agents were wonderful! The manager was too! The apartment was very nice and clean. Thank you!

Avoid this place. I arrived first day and the room was infested with fleas. They claimed previous person didn't have pet. I told them on a Friday before memorial weekend. And would be back late Monday so they had to time to take care. They claimed they bug bombed it and no exterminator was available that weekend. They then started to make statements like place was check and cleared before they gave me place. You don't get a full infestation in 1 day. I had to stay in hotel for couple more days until an exterminator could arrive. They did an okay job as the numbers dropped after although I also had not stepped into the bedroom again. Few days later they are starting to migrate out into living room on the vinyl floor. Also after came back the hot water for the shower didn't work. Have called them and left message and nothing has been done. I am going to try and break lease after only a week. This is unlivable and they are already starting to talk court lingo so I assume they are used to having to deal with complaints about their place. Only good thing is location is centrally good and pool is nice.
Office staff is more friendly and courteous than any other office staff that I have encountered since being a resident here.

I have loved living at Trailpoint at the Woodlands! Great walking and biking paths right at my front door. Pet Friendly. Great parks for the grandkids to visit on property, with additional other parks close by. Sawmill Park is tremendous! The Woodlands is a fantastic community!

I've been living at Trailpoint at the Woodlands for at least 10 yrs. I've had no issues or problems with Management at the apartments or with maintenance. All of my maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and management works around my schedule as well if maintenance needs access to my apartment. Management listens to any concerns or issues and addresses those issues with the Property Manager which is awesome.

The area is great . Close to lots of restaurants and malls. It's not congested like Cypress or Katy.

Although it is a big task to manage apt complex and tenants , TrailPoint apartments well managed and maintained. We enjoy being here.
Everyone I have encountered from the office staff to maintenance to pest control is always professional and dissolved any problems or answer questions quickly and accurately.
Trailpoint is always on time every time. Superior staff. They really take care of the property and care about the people who live here.
In this time of absurdly expensive apartment rents Trailpoint is a beautifully maintained community that is very cost positive for the tenant.

Trailpoint is an excellent apartment community! It is centrally located, lush green spaces, ample parking, well maintained, very safe, big floor plans, big closet spaces, love the salt water pool and fishing pond. Excellent staff .. all of them, the best in the business!
Best Maintenance Team Ever in the history of maintenance. They really care about the quality of work. All the neighbours Ive talked to agree. The whole community is awesome. The whole Management and Leasing team are outstanding. These are great apartments, I love living here!

TrailPoint is a great living experience. Sharla that works in the office is awesome . She goes over and beyond to assist. Maintenance is great. The community is well kept. Parking is a little issue but everything else is great.

Just believe it's such an old apartment complex that some upgrading would be important but overall I love the quietness and peacefulness of the property.
Since day one of moving in to Trailpoint at The Woodlands, I have had only great experiences with management and neighbors. Sharla in the front office has been a gem! A very stressful time for me was made so much easier and I greatly appreciate her for that. I highly recommend Trailpoint as a place to call home.
I've been a resident of the Trailpoint community for over a year, and pleased with with the office and maintenance personnel.
The complex is beautiful, and very well located with easy access to work in the woodlands, shopping needs, and the hiking trails. However, read the lease carefully because it is very deceptively worded. Trying to break a lease is very overly expensive. Pest control is not what it should be. Even though we pay for it monthly, we find ourselves having to treat our apartment on our own to try to combat the roaches and ants. We leased this unit under the idea that it was a gated community, however, for the majority of our lease agreement, the gates were broken and remained open for several months straight.
Trailpoint, is a nice community. Everyone, is friendly and the community is quiet. Love it!
TrailPoint at The Woodlands is a nice community with access to The Woodlands trails and great schools. It is family-friendly, and it is located within 5 min driving from HEB at Market Street and The Woodlands Mall. I highly recommended it if you are a young adult and like going for walks and taking the kids to neighboring playgrounds. There are so many to choose from! Also, the rent is quite affordable for the location and the amenities.
Talking to team member and told them about my problem and they had it taken care of immediately. I didnt even have to report it to maintenance.
