Nestled in the heart of Utah’s Dixie, Washington has a rich history in the cotton industry, which thrived because of a mill known as the Cotton Factory. Today, Washington is among southern Utah’s rapidly growing cities. Washington maintains its small-town feel by fostering a sense of community through events such as the Cotton Days Celebration, Veterans Day Celebration, and Christmas in Dixie.
The Community Center also brings people together in Washington, hosting a variety of programs and events in addition to an aquatic center and a fitness center. Recreational opportunities are abundant in Washington, with numerous city parks and fields in town as well as quick access to several state parks, the Virgin River, and Zion National Park. Washington residents enjoy activities like hiking, biking, off-roading, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, golfing, and more. Getting around from Washington is easy with convenience to I-15.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trailhead Apartments
So the complex is under new management and it has been good so far till this morning. I get ready for work and go out to my car at 6:30 am Saturday and I find a tire boot on my truck ? I'm parked in the spot I pay 20.00 a month for and all three of my cars have been registered with the office since 5.15.23 . I could see if I parked in a spot of another tenant ,but the spot I pay for monthly? I do have a parking permit on my visor but the parking agent said he couldn't find it so I had to pay 80.00 dollars to unlock my car and make it to work late. I have to open all the gates and let employees in for work and now that has been delayed and everyone is late for work now because of this inconvenience. The complex can avoid this by monitoring cars parked in supposed to be vacant spots and giving the tow company the spot numbers that should not have a car in it. Very frustrated this morning. If they rectify this situation this posting will be removed!!!!!!!!
