Woodland Park is bordered by the Pike National Forest, and despite its motto as “the city above the clouds,” it still looks up to the towering Pikes Peak to the south. Known for its scenic surroundings, locals enjoy Woodland Park for its immediate access to expansive hiking trails and welcoming, laidback community.
There’s a small town atmosphere that encompasses Woodland Park. Most of the town’s offerings line West Midland Ave., and there’s everything from donut shops to popular delis that serve the area.
Woodland Park’s active community puts on hundreds of events and celebrations throughout the year, including art shows and a well-attended Christmas parade. What a lovely place to be. It feels like you’re living in a resort every day and the staff treats you as though you’re a guest. They have events twice a month for the residence and the staff makes you feel so welcome, like family. The location is amazing!! I can walk to downtown Woodland Park, in minutes and grocery is just a short walk down the trail. The unobstructed view of Pikes Peak is indescribably, beautiful, and magnificent! And theres always the expectation of seeing deer everyday.

I love calling Trail Ridge my new home! The people here are very friendly, the complex is well maintained and full of amenities, it feels very safe here and I couldn't ask for better views! I’m not sure where to start. I have had several experiences both with maintenance and management. First of all, I love living at Trail Ridge. When I have a maintenance issue one of the maintenance team is here quickly to address the issue. They are always very courteous and friendly. Any time I call the office they are always helpful and eager to help. I love the way Trail Ridge cares for the looks of the area and it’s always a pleasure go go out on my scooter and drive around this beautiful area. And I’m always thrilled to be so close to the deer and other wildlife. I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t love living in this awesome community!!!

I've just renewed my lease with Trail Ridge Apartments and continue to be impressed with the activities that are available to all residents and the management team who arrange the events. There are activities for individuals of various interests which entertain and expand the experience of all who attend. I've observed that several individuals utilize the modern exercise room with multiple equipment available for use as well as the hot tub which many enjoy throughout the year. The maintenance team continue to keep the grounds in great shape as well as brave the cold during the winter to keep the roads clear of snow and ice. They keep all the facilities in good working order. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in living in an environment that is safe and provides opportunities for various interests to visit Trail Ridge Apartments today.

We love it here. Everyone is kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and our apartment is amazing! We are so lucky to have found Trail Ridge Apartments in Woodland Park Shopping, dining and even banking is with walking distance of the apartments.

Trail ridge has very kind staff and neighbors, very nice apartments, wonderful amenities. Such as a coffee/tea bar in the clubhouse, a hot tub, and a gift bag when you move into your apartment.

I've lived here now for almost 10 months, and I have to say that my experience has been beyond expectations. The office crew (Shaye, Janet, and Lisa) go above and beyond to make sure that our experience is enjoyable and worry free. The grounds are well maintained and clean. There are many opportunities to socialize and have some fun along the way. The apartments are in very good condition, and when maintenance is required, the work is completed quickly. I still enjoy the mountain view along with the surrounding trees and animals. I'm hoping to make this my home for many years to come.

We are new here and totally love it! Neighbors are great and the management is so kind and helpful. The apartments are well looked after and really spacious.
The administration process was excellent and so far everyone here is very helpful and very nice. My ONLY complaint would be the cleanliness of the apartment upon move in. Front a quick glance, it looked clean but the carpets had a lot of pet and human hair that filled my vacuum canister just from the living/dinning carpeted area. The pantry closet had some type of dried liquid like a bbq sauce or something stuck to the floor, the microwave and cabinets had grease splatters, beneath the microwave where the vents are (above the stove) was pretty gross and hadn’t been wiped at all. It took me two days to clean everything that I had found. Not sure if this is the process everyone goes through but I was not expecting to have to do so much cleaning to an apartment that had supposedly already been cleaned.
5 stars to Shaye, Janet and Lisa in the office who over a number of months while we were still in our home country gave patient and careful advice, were always upbeat and friendly, and also always helpful and solution-oriented. The apartment complex also earns 5 stars - it is clean and tidy, very well organised, the lawns are beautiful, the gym, fire pit, hot tub and stage area are great, and everything speaks care and attention.

From the beginning of my application process to moving in, all of the staff have been great to work with. My apartment is quiet and the property is beautifully maintained. I have also enjoyed participating in the social events hosted by the managers. Would recommend moving here.
The staff is super friendly, the apartments are in great condition, and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance! The amenities are well cared for and there is plenty of parking.
My experience so far has been really good. Everyone that works here is amazing! They have all been so helpful My apartment is clean and I’m pleasantly surprised by the size of the storage area!

We just moved in this week but so far it's been amazing! We love the apartment. The location is perfect for us. The ladies in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Our moving company was delayed in delivering our things. The ladies offered us an inflatable mattress and blankets so we wouldn't need to stay in a motel. They even offered us a dog bed for our dog. Everyone that we have met so far has been very friendly.

Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
