Trail Creek has been my oasis at the end of the day! I enjoy coming home to a clean home environment with all the amenities you need to be comfortable (pool, work out rooms). It's location is perfect to walk trails and close access to the freeway and PTC. The front office is always welcoming and respond to any inquiries quickly. Maintenance also responds quickly. We love living at Trail Creek!

I think this property is not what it seems. It markets itself as a luxury apartment, but it’s really not it markets itself as a gated community and the gate has been broken for nine months. People can just walk and drive straight through the whole community if you don’t believe me, feel free to go Today and try. The dog park is a place that I would not even want to take my dog. It’s mostly soil and mud and when it rains puddle stays for days the bedroom are extremely small. You can barely fit a queen mattress. They have updated units and all they did was change the blinds and the door knob and considered that a renovated unit , upon moving out, you will be charged for repainting the whole entire unit which I feel is unfair for normal wear and tear. Overall, I think this place is overpriced and definitely not worth time and energy. At the prices they charge you I recommend to get approved for a home and live there .

You won’t find a community with better customer service!! If you value a friendly face and professional atmosphere, you will not be disappointed with Trail Creek. I decided to place a deposit on a unit based on of course the environment and condition of the housing options at Trail Creek - but ultimately was confident in my decision because of the help I received from Derrick in the leasing office (I never even toured the unit either) - again you will NOT be disappointed with the service and care you will receive with Trail Creek.

Since the day I moving the gates spend most of the time open to the public and every Monday is the same dilemma with the trash the trash stack up like crazy sometimes doesn’t get pick up until Wednesday

So I moved in prior to new management taking over. I felt already that I wanted to break my lease and move on because the property was moving in a downward direction and didn’t seem to be able to bring itself back to what I first considered this property to be. Now with the new management I feel like the property has gotten its second chance. The office staff are very helpful and show a genuine interest in getting to know what they can do to improve of living conditions. as far as maintenance they seem to have hires slowly however their new maintenance supervisor is phenomenal compared to what we are used to. I think his name is Cj or kj however I’ll just say shades because he always wearing them. When he was in my apartment he fully explained to me what was the root of my issue as well as the steps he took to repair it. He very knowledgeable and personable. It’s worth moving here again! Thanks guys!

My husband and I loved the apartment for the first few days we were there, now we cannot wait to leave. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and saying. The seals on the doors are so bad you can see outside through them. They do not respond to maintenance requests, and when they finally do... they don't actually fix anything. It's in a bad area (despite the gates, that never work), filled with neighbors getting high and throwing parties every night. And finally, the management team are by far the least helpful, and most passive aggressive people I've ever met in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
The office staff at Trail Creek has proved to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only have I witnessed this myself but I've always heard this from others. At a property that claims to be "CLASS A" you shouldn't have these problems nor expect to deal with unprofessional and lying people such as Melissa. She has brain-washed her employees to be mock images of her and it shows greatly. Definitely would never rent here and to the management team, if you are going to work in the real estate industry, learn fair housing laws. You would never make it as an agent or broker with the mentality that these guys demonstrate. Very disappointed and really hope they can get it together.
Before moving to Trail Creek, we were really looking forward to it and thought we had found the right place to live. However, headaches started as soon as we arrived on our move-in day, and we’ve been dissatisfied with the low level of courtesy and competence from the leasing office in trying to get obvious issues fixed in our apartment. We mostly feel we’re stuck with some of the problems we found, caused by the overall lack of attention to quality by the management when the unit was “inspected” prior to move-in; of course, renters are always at the mercy of this leasing practice. But in our experience at Trail Creek, it makes us wonder why the resident has to bring up obvious issues like dirtiness of walls/vents, grout, and outright broken hardware items - immediately after getting keys! Their lease terms require you to choose up-front between a non-refundable $100 fee OR $500 refundable deposit (i.e., you MAY get it all back if they don’t nick you on your move-out inspection), which feels like a trick that a con artist would pull. Our experience has been that the leasing office will say anything to get you to sign a lease, but once you’re a resident, they’ll say anything to get you out of their hair. The staff has downright lied to our faces on multiple occasions! Excuses and incompetence abound. The manager, Melissa, is entirely unskilled at communicating with residents, rude, and pays no attention to detail. Nothing seems to be scheduled competently. They will keep throwing excuses at you for their mistakes instead of holding themselves accountable. We often felt like we were pushed to the side when we approached them with simple issues and concerns, and we’ve received countless deflecting excuses from the leasing office in trying to fix one of the major outstanding issues with our apartment involving water damage found at move-in. It really makes us feel unvalued as residents, especially when we’ve been more than patient in giving them multiple (failed) chances to make things right, but it’s only inconvenienced us and caused a lot of bitterness as we continually feel ignored. We don’t feel we are getting anywhere near full-value for our apartment based on all the hassles we've been through, and we certainly are not getting basic customer service from the management. Things are not always what they seem on the surface at Trail Creek.
So many great things to say about Trail Creek. First of all, the apartments are spacious and beautiful. Secondly, and in my opinion most importantly, the office staff and management (Melissa) are so friendly and welcoming. I have had only one issue and they resolved the issue so quickly and were so understanding. It feels like family here!

Trailcreek Townhouses is Hampton's best kept secret for a touch of heaven. The beautiful landscaping, immaculate layout of the property, amazing amenities and friendly staff make you feel like you are living in an exclusive community where you are the most important person. You definitely get full "bang-for-your-dollars" and words cannot adequately describe the peacefully serene ambiance of the property. You have a choice of two swimming pools, a recreational club house fully equipped to accomodate private parties, a fitness room with state-of-art equipment to help you maintain your best physique and wellness desires, and a business center equipped with four table top computers, a printer and free Wi-Fi access. And, these with 24/7 access to all members of the community and their guests. What really causes my wife, son, and I to be filled with joy is that Trailcreek Townhouses is a gated community. We love the outdoors seating benches throughout the property as well as the stationary large sized grills in each section for those spectacular outdoor grilling family gatherings. So, if you are in the market for a spacious, modern 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom "home," come by Trailcreek Townhouses and let the family-oriented staff give you a complete tour. You will simply fall in love with this place, I'm sure.
I have to start by saying the staff is amazing. I have been here for almost one year now, and have had nothing short of an amazing community experience. Including maintenance. Property is well manicured and well taken care of. Pricing with these benefits make it hard to beat. Location is central to everything with easy freeway access as well.
Trail Creek ... where can I start ? This place is awesome ! I came here skeptical about my situation due to previous problems in the past and they made everything alright ! They overlooked a lot of things and thought of me as a person and took it into great consideration ! The place offers TWO clubhouses, TWO pools, and TWO different phases ! ;) I chose the second phase which is newly constructed and can't be more satisified with my selection. The home offers luxurious amenities and shows out well . The staff at Trail Creek always made me feel welcomed from Melissa to Angel to Tonya, I never left there without smiling and eating lol ;) All in all if you're looking for a great value and a wonderful place to live, come to Trail Creek !
