The move in here was so smooth, it really took the stress out of things when we are already stressed about the process of moving. The area feels calm and also very well maintained. Having a park, however small, for my little one was a big plus for me.

I think Tradition at Stonewater has a great management and office team. They seem to really care about the residents’ needs and make an effort to build community by offering a variety of activities. nice residential area with good amenities, excellent location near target, bank and restaurants, easy access to RTP area. The unit I leased was in nice conditions, recently painted, very clean. Contract is very clear and admin team answers any question you amy have about it. Payment for the lease is very easy, I could move in just a matter of days, from contacting them to reading the contract and moving in took about 3 days. The area is nice, not crowded at all and the amenities like the gym and walking areas are really nice.

The front desk staff has been very friendly and caring from move-in through my stay here (6 months). The maintenance staff has been likewise friendly and very responsive. The community is pretty chill and I have not had a negative experience. The area is clean inside and out. Great location for us (central to work, child's school and hobbies) with easy access to Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill.

These are well maintained and updated apartments. The grounds are very nice. Maintenance is prompt. The leasing staff lives on site. They were super professional and the whole process was easy. Very nice quiet pool. I would recommend highly.

When I took this apartment on 2020 It was very great, management were so helpful and flexible. Residents were allowed to use the Swimming pool, sun room without any time constraints. And no restrictions on kids playing. Now, after the new management things are changed. So many restrictions as if we are living in a school campus. I don't like this place anymore.

It’s a lovely place to live. I particularly like how spread out it is. The new lounges and improvement at the pool area is wonderful. It’s quite beautiful and a very relaxing place to spend time. I hope my fellow residence adhere to the time rules so that the rest of us don’t suffer by having the pool closed the next day.

The whole process from applying to moving in was seamless. I was kept up to date on everything and my apartment was in perfect condition at move in. I'm so proud to say I live somewhere that is so beautiful and that has so much to offer. (ie: pool, sunroom, guest suite, fitness center, etc.)

When we first moved in there were roaches (which they charged extra for each visit) even though pest control is already in the base rent, the rent went up an additional $300 without any new amenities... The garbage compacter stays broken! They have switched trash valet and charged more money when now they actually do less they used to take up to 3 bags and now they only take one bag and leave trash violations. The facility is too large for only one pool. The dishwasher wasn't bolted in, none of the property staff or management responds to emails or messages and when you call they can't help assist with anything. Management is barely in the office to assist with more important needs that the regular staff can't help with. Everything they use is through a 3rd party so no one knows how to nor or they able to fix any clerical mistakes. It's like the staff is just there to smile and give you your keys. After that worthless! Maintenance response time is fast..

Just to clarify, pest control is a small monthly charge and is not charged per visit, and the valet trash pickup rate has stayed the same for residents even during the recent change in vendor. This apartment complex was appealing but once moved in I see it’s smoking mirrors. They are poorly maintained and even in a renovated unit you will need maintenance often. I am in a renovated unit but have rust in my dishwasher and washing machine. I’ve been in this apartment (2nd unit, was moved because my last apartment was Infested with mice and they refused to get to the root of the problem) for a month and have so many minor issues it’s ridiculous. If you want to live comfortable and not have maintenance constantly in and out of your apartment please choose another community.
