After living at Quail Ridge Townhomes for the past five years, I can confidently say it's been a great place to call home. The amenities are a real highlight—having access to a pool, patio space, and a well-equipped fitness center has made daily life more enjoyable. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the whole community a clean, welcoming feel year-round. What really sets The Wooten Co apart is the people. The office staff is professional, responsive, and always friendly. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they handled it quickly and with care. The maintenance crew is equally impressive—fast, reliable, and courteous every time. Overall, my experience here has been excellent, and I highly recommend The Wooten Co to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

When I was looking to move into my first apartment, I was worried I'd have to compromise what I want to be able to afford it. The Townhomes at Quail Ridge have been everything I wanted in a rental and then some, for a very nice price. Super friendly staff all around, too. Don't pass up the opportunity to live here if you have the chance.

Just renewed lease. Family townhomes, quiet, safe, secure. Great office staff, groundskeeping weekly, immediate response for maintenance needs, 3 pools, well kept, and a place to sit outdoors and do my plants. Pet friendly, cat loves it. Love it.

I have lived here for 4 years and really enjoy it. I like the quiet neighborhood, plenty of places to walk my dog. My kids enjoy the pools and the fitness center is a plus. I feel.safe here with security patrolling the grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond and take care of the property.

I have lived at this location for almost 3 years now and just renewed my lease for a 4th . Maintenance is always reliable . The property manager is great and reasonable . You would not be disappointed if you are looking for a new home . There are plenty of amenities and it’s a wonderful location .

Lived here about 4 years and since then my car tires have been slashed, one neighbor slammed their door into my car cus they were mad where I parked (it's free parking, no marked spots and I had parked in the same spot for years and they were new) there has also been multiple shootings. Nothing I am aware of has been done to combat this. If renting wasn't so insanely expensive I'd have moved out.

My roommate and I have rented from Quail Ridge Townhomes for over a year now, and it has been my most pleasant renting experience EVER! The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. We have had zero problems with pests, maintenance, or neighbors. Anytime a maintenance issue has arisen, it was taken care of swiftly and without any difficulty on our end. Along with this, the office staff is fantastic about communicating any property-wide maintenance--they provide plenty of warning and always give us time to be prepared. We have come to love our neighbors and the little community here, as everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. This property is very family-friendly, however, it is also an extremely affordable option for college students like myself! All of the amenities provided by quail ridge (pools, gym, laundry room, etc.) are always clean and well-maintained. The grounds are also very well taken care of, and the area is very pet-friendly. The location of these townhomes is also a great bonus! There is easy access to Sunshine St. as well as Battlefield Rd. and Highway 65. It is nearby elementary and secondary public schools, and various colleges, such as MSU and OTC, are an easy commute. Overall, I find myself consistently recommending this property to those looking for an easy, pleasant renting experience. It truly is a wonderful place!

The Quail Ridge Townhomes is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and they get things done in a timely manner. Pet and Kid friendly. Everything is either in walking distance or Driving for stores and Restaurants or even taking the bus. Amenities on Site playground for kids, 3 pools, Washer and Dryer room, and Exercising room.

We actually really enjoy living here. We're going on three years and wouldn't mind going for a fourth. It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool & gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus!

We have lived here for 3 years and love it. The playground and pool are great and the staff is always helpful.
