Town Park Villas

We love our Casita with a huge yard out front so the grandkids can play. We love our neighbors. We love the gardners who do such a lovely job keeping the grounds looking so beautiful.

I love living here it's not crowded and it is very nice and Quiet. It's also very convieniently located to everything. that my wife and I like to do.

The people who live here are great. The new staff at the office is much better than before. The maintenance response continues to be bad. Communication with management, not office staff, is none existent. The neighborhood is good. The overall experience here is made by the residents.

Very safe place to live. Neighbors are super nice. Apartments are big. Washer n Dryer in unit. Gym is huge and all equipment is brand new. Pools are gorgeous.

Not many changes here. Same old same old.. Very little communication nor activities are planned. The pool is now cold so we can't use them for seven or more months because they refuse to heat one of the three available.

This community lacks maintenance. It is near impossible to get basic repairs done. Work order requests are ignored for months then mysteriously disappear from the system or are marked complete falsely. Maintenance staff are overwhelmed with just addressing emergencies. There is no ongoing attention to wear and tear and even health and safety are ignored. Our building is infested with mice and rats! We’ve been begging for over 6 months for help but we’re ignored! Gutters are backed up but never cleaned. AC vents are never cleaned Dryer vents are so clogged it’s a fire hazard. Too bad they are allowing a nice property to become a slum.

I have been living in my apartment since the opening of the building! I love my space it is so inviting. I can look out and see the birds and the squirrels and people walking by. The people in my building are friendly and we have had good times here. I would like to think that I will stay here for as long as I can. My Samoyed dog loves sitting on the patio watching everyone go by and loves to sleep outside at night. Being on the 3rd floor really makes it safe for her and myself. Hope I will have many more years here.

Not much going on at this property. No get togethers. Little communication from Management. People moving out and not seeing many coming in. Reputation is not getting better. Many rumors.

The community of Town Park Villas is okay, it is centrally located and quiet and has a small town feel to living here. The rent and additional fees being charged are way too high for what you are receiving, but that seems to be the new norm in San Diego.

Great place to live. Very quiet. Great management and maintenance is good too. Very safe neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone 55 . Close to freeways.

The management is the best. I enjoy living here and plan to continue here my home. I live in a quiet end of the block other than my neighbors barking dogs. My other neighbors are great, respect full, kind and we cooperate with each other. Except the barking dogs

I love town park community. The neighbors are really nice. I love to see them walking running while in the bike. I love the gym in the movie theater. Thank Town Park for everything. God bless you.

We love the people here, they're so friendly and kind. Apartments are a generous size and meet all of our needs. The outside landscaping is well kept and is pleasant to look at.

Prices continue to raise. This is a 55 community and the majority are retired older people. A lot of people mo ING out ( more than moving in) because we are now spending much more money for less services and activities. The pools remain unheated so we lose use around 6-7 months even though we are paying for the use. Maintenance takes it's time responding because they share staff with other owned properties. New staff are in place and HOPEFULLY they might care about the people that they are hired to work for ( Customers)

The neighbors around here are very nice. They speak to you every time they see you the dogs are nice. And friendly. I love this community. I like the maintenance guys. They are very nice. Parking is nice gym is nice. Thank the staff for everything that they do here.

I lived there for 1.5 to 2 years. I can't recall now. I liked the location a lot. I lived in the older units and they were alright. I think that they were actually bigger than the new ones. One thing I really disliked was that they didn't have assigned parking. Some times I would come home and the parking lot would be full. That would indicate that someone had someone visiting and they parked there. No way to find out where they were so you end up parking on the street. I talked with management about this at the time I was signing my lease. A lady showed me the apartment. I ask about parking when we pulled into the parking lot. The lady showing me the apartment told me that they were in the middle of assigning a parking space to each unit and they would have it finished shortly. I would ask about it frequently and get some lame excuse. It was really irritating to me. I would come home in the evening, especially on the weekend, and there would be no place to park. Sometimes even the on-street parking was really busy and I might have to park a block away. Great. The other issue I had was about the water bill. The way they figure it is screwy. I lived there alone. But they would divide the water bill by the number of apartments, not the number of inhabitants. So fo course if you live alone you get the shaft. It's not just $3 or $4 either. It was just annoying. I guess the fact that I'm an accountant didn't help with that issue. Lastly, they had just completed building a new large pool with a recreation center and office. That was good. But, the problem was that they closed it all down when the office closed. Think about how convenient that would be for you as a renter there. So, it's a great location, but management sucked.

Reasonably priced. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. Garden style and very private
