Welcome to Townpark Townhomes! These townhomes feature two stories and an unfinished basement great for storage and has washer/dryer hookups. On the main floor is a spacious living area and the kitchen with plenty of cupboard & counter space! There is also a dining space in the kitchen area. The second floor contains the bedrooms with large closets, the bathroom and a large linen closet outside the bathroom. Each unit has a small yard with privacy fences on either side. Drive up to your unit with two reserved parking spaces outside each unit. These townhomes are conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping also near a city park and walking distance from the bike trails!
