Think before you rent
Old units inside,take pictures a upon moving in 2 document conditions & after you move out..They will try to keep your deposits.. Have on site manager "Liz sign off on conditions when you see it..it will take about 1 month to get if any your deposits back..allow 16 days before you let them know in writing that your are leaving cause you will need to mail or drop off a certified letter to the company on Lumsten Rd off Providence Rd at UPS store where company has a p.o box..no office number provided.There only positive reason 2 move in there is you can move out with 16-17 day notice in writing to Liz & office P.O.Box..that's it..
