Love, love, LOVE living here! I want to live here for the rest of my life!! I especially love the walkability and beautiful grounds everywhere. The people are lovely, the office staff is the best.
Amazing place! The community is welcoming, friendly, and very clean. There are also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and amenities nearby, making it a perfect area to live, relax, and enjoy.
Living here feels like stepping into a peaceful, storybook community where everyone greets you with kindness and a smile. The sidewalks are scenic and everything you need is just a walk away, from coffee shops and restaurants to grocery stores and Pilates studios. The neighborhood is inclusive and inviting, instantly making you feel at home. Life here is truly as beautiful as it is connected.

Nice community great location. Could use more elevators only one in building with lots of units. Some building don’t have elevators. Be prepare to pay high rent. Lots of restaurants to chose from.

Great, safe community for families. There are shops, restaurants, and a hair salon all within walking distance. The pool is lovely and well maintained with cabanas. Staff and maintenance are very responsive when needed too!

Berry Farms is a one stop shop for me and almost every way. Nice place to live, groceries, hairdresser, Nail Salon, very nice restaurants. Exercise and activities. In house activities in the lobby are always fun.

For the most part Berry Farms is a good place to live. Nothings perfect it’s a nice walkable community. If you are allergic to pets you might reconsider there are lots of large dogs and it can get a little noisy with all the animals.

Love it here! The people are friendly, I love the neighborhood feel. Being able to walk to Publix and local eating establishments is great. We happen to have great neighbors. We are in a setting that can be a bit noisier because of business traffic early morning, but overall it is great.

The residents are friendly. It is a quiet neighborhood and the staff respond quickly to any maintenance issues or questions. The saltwater pool was just renovated and there are plenty of chairs and cabanas around the pool. The office staff are professional and courteous.

We love our apartment and neighbors. We think the staff in the office and maintenance department to all be top notch. The only complaint is the very loud maintenance department vehicle that has no muffler and runs back and forth on the property all day and rarely gets shut off even when parked. We are dreading the summer when we like to sit on the porch or leave the doors/windows open. If it weren't for that annoyance, we would give Berry Farms a 5 star review. Maybe we could pitch in and buy a muffler for it, or maybe replace the noisy, diesel gas thing with a golf cart?

I’m a third-year resident, finally feeling at home after seven other high-luxury rental stays in three years. The place is beautifully maintained with wonderful staff, amenities and access to retail, restaurants, and the grocery/pharmacy within walking distance. The only cons I have are the lack of a hot tub, meager gym facilities, and video surveillance of buildings not provided. But it is quiet, the people I’ve met are nice, and it’s right by the interstate for quick driving to work/school.

Town Center at Berry Farms is a real community. I always say community is also a verb and Town Center/Berry Farms is warm, professional, patient and incredibly thorough. Truly, there is no place my dogs and I would rather live. It’s home. Anna has been a constant help to me navigating the tech issues that I’m not good with in general and she gives a solid overview during her tours of the property. Mel is also excellent at making sure everything is in order and making you feel welcome. I have yet to meet any of the staff that doesn’t go beyond and above to make you feel at home.

The convenience of our location is what makes it so appealing! I truly appreciate the short walks to the grocery store. Everyone is so friendly here! I remain hopeful that better shops will open in here, rather than yet another hair salon or overpriced boutique (stoked for In-n-Out. As we enter our third year of the lease, I wish we were offered deals like the new residents coming in; the $250 offer to renew our lease felt rather inadequate. Additionally, there are still improvements needed in our package delivery system; it would be ideal for our packages to be delivered directly to our doors(with no fee) seems like I still have to search for my package. On a positive note, the maintenance staff is exceptional, consistently responding promptly to requests! Absolutely adore Leilani as well.

We enjoy having to not have to worry about safety. We go for walks at 10 pm at night and feel safe to cross the streets. People are nice and considerate of others.

Berry Farms is an exceptional place to live and thrive. Living in a walking community has many benefits. The management and maintenance teams are second to none. The amenities are excellent and well maintained. I love the lifestyle and being in proximity to major highways and downtown Franklin.

Well, 4 months into our lease and life remains surreal. Norman Rockwell most certainly got it right when he captured the essence of the American heart. I am just realizing that Town Center at Berry Farms is providing a quality of life in the true Immortalization of that era and in those days. With that said, I haven’t even begun to discuss the staff. I speak with one of them nearly everyday and multiple staff throughout the week. They represent the property true and faithfully without expressing discussed at me for attacking the candy dish. If you have an opportunity to hang your hat with us in n one of these beautiful apartment homes, don’t let it slip through your fingers. God Bless and Thank You Town Center.
