The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Towers on Hudson
Lived here for 3 years. You're getting an amazing deal when you live here, the amenities are great like the gym and the management is very easy going.
The apartments could be upgraded as far as the foundation is concern. There is a on going pest problem that has not gone away. A constant odor welcomes both old tenangs and new potential renters on the main floor.
I have lived here over three years now and will never move. I’ve had little maintenance issues like any apt would have but the quick response to repair is excellent. I have always treated the staff with respect and in return they treat me with respect. They try their best to keep everything in shape and it’s not their fault when residents fail to assist. The location is ideal it’s walking distance to everything. The parking is always available! For those who want access to fitness center there is top of the line equipment available to you. I hope to remain here for as long as I can. I enjoy every day and appreciate the kindness and assistance I get from all of the staff. Once we get new washers and dryers we will be top notch!
