Toms River Apartments

Residing in Toms River apartments has proven to be a positive and seamless experience for me. The office manager exhibits remarkable professionalism and efficiency promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries I may have. Additionally Juan is consistently swift completing any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks lightning quick. Both individuals consistently exhibit a high level of amiability and professionalism in all interactions.

The place is great. The property manager is very kind and accommodating.

We have been 7yrs through the time we've went through 3 owners. These owners are great. Proactive and so kind. I love it here

Love it here . Have been here for 3 years. Danielle ( property manager) and Juan (Super) are great ! Any maintenance needs are fixed in a timely manner .The only thing thing is lack of parking .They have a sign up that states permit parking only,and that they will tow cars without a permit . Their are many cars without a permit and they hardly tow anybody.

Loud neighbors blasting their music and yelling all hours of the day and night almost every single day for a year. This is far from "quiet enjoyment" as the lease states. Many attempts to get this resolved were made with the prior landlord and a few attempts were made with the new one, and nothing has changed. No resolutions were provided, no evictions were made, no offers to switch to a different apartment, no soundproofing, no refunds, nothing was offered, just a yeah okay we'll try. It is a nuisance property, I feel ripped off, disrespected, and a lack of quality of life.

This place was terrifying. Disgusting property with garbage everywhere. No parking and incredibly unsafe. Staff will not help you.

there was garbage everywhere on the grounds. shootings and multiple breaking and entering attempts. the staff will NOT help you no matter how unsafe of an environment they’ve created. keep looking!

Staff are professional and courteous. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Great location. Affordable.

My fiancé and I moved into the Toms River Apartments back in September 2017 and it was the best decision we ever made. It is amazing here. It's within walking or driving distance of some Toms River restaurants and retail stores. The apartments are close to two parkway entrances and the bus station. And for us it's close to work. It is also really quiet here. Our neighbors are polite and friendly. And it's a pet friendly location which is hard to find in the area. We adopted a dog last March and it's nice to see that there are other dog and cat people here too. The leasing office is also amazing! If we have a concern they answer it quickly and are always willing to help. For our first apartment together it was a fantastic choice and I highly recommend moving here if you can. =)

Lived here 7 years. Left a year ago for other reasons. I'm moving back. Safe environment for kids and a great location with very reasonable rent.

Hey everyone, I'm susan and today I wanted to walk you through an apartment tour of my one bedroom apartment that I have had since January 2015 , starting the new year off with getting this apartment was one of the most exciting things I have an apartment on the second floor so guided up the stairs leads you to my door and inside you will find the dinning area , shared with the living room in my dinning room I have a four seated wooden table and a huge window that lights up the place with lots of natural light along with that I have a huge fish tan with a sort of fresh water fish , sharks included. In the living room area I have a sectional couch with a flat screen t.v. I have two end tables that are great for drinks and to hold my remotes for the t.v. and of course popcorn for the latest movies :) to the left of the living area is my kitchen in which I get alot of use out of because I'm a chef. I love to cook and bake and in there I have a dishwasher, microwave and a window that over looks the park area for my complex. My bedroom is one of my favorite parts of my apartment, because I have a king bed , double door closet along with a t.v. and to top it all off I have a great balcony that over looks the woods and in the morning it is just so relaxing to listen to the birds and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee , beside the bedroom I have a bathroom located across the hall and a laundry closet across the way which is very convenient and always nice to have , I love my apartment and I truly appreciate all that I have . directly across from the parkway and off of a major highway with major non stop retail stores all up and down the highway toms river apartments are quiet kept clean with a laundry room close mailboxes and a maintenance team that fix anything that's in need of repair I've been here almost three years and the rent is reasonable and I truly do like this place

I'm 18 years old I moved into our place in January, we loved it the fresh carpet the kitchen was small but okay ,for us and when it really came down to it this is all our place ,it's time live it up so now we can live our life, in our place free :) Like my review please ? Thanks :)

Moving into our apartment was a huge relief, when we got the keys to our new place,opening those doors was like opening the gate way to paradise. Fresh paint , cozy decorations, we even had a house warming party to put the final touches on things ,we couldn't be any more happier to know that now we are welcoming another addition onto our new family we are expecting, and couldn't be anymore happier this apartment is the part of the new edition and many more memories to come.
