The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Times Square
Was given an apartment that would leak water from upper left corner of the bedroom window. It has not been fixed in over three months as of writing this review and they have shown almost zero effort has been made to have this issue fixed.
Lived here for a year and recently moved. Had a great experience. Area is very convenient and located near everything, the complex was also very quiet. Maintenance was very friendly and got requests done quickly. The only downside is it was outdated.
2 wonderful years, so far everything is really good, the apartment is nice and quiet, and the management also immediately responded to every questions we have about the apartment. Good place to move in
Property Manager at Times Square, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your fantastic feedback about your experience here at Times Square. Our number one priority is ensuring your comfort and satisfaction, so if there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to give us a call or stop by the leasing office. Sincerely, Times Square
If you're looking for somewhere to rent an apartment, look far, far away. The problems here are endless. Over the holidays, the only trash compacter on the property broke, and no one came to fix it. For close to TWO WEEKS, bags and bags of trash accumulated, spilling into the street. Our rent was raised 20% in one year, and when we asked why, the property manager very calmly and cheerily explained that they were making plenty of profit already, but they were making even more by squeezing us. She said that we should be glad - some other tenants had their rents raised closer to 40%. She told us that we should be pleased that "Biden is putting us into a recession", because that was the only way our rent would stabilize. The apartment is poorly insulated, and water accumulates on the insides of the windows in buckets. Every call to management about the issue goes unanswered. The new owners, "Village Green", began making changes with no notice, and then insisting that there was actually no change being made. Then they say, "well, we don't know how things were done before, but this is how they're being done now", all while insisting no changes were made. Your home should be a place of safety, and comfort, and warmth. Unfortunately, Times Square's management will always be deeply disingenuous, and you have to always keep in mind that, at the end of the day, this is a company that will do whatever it can to milk every single cent from you. They will work to take every dollar and penny, until there is nothing left, and then they will dispose of you. There is no regard whatsoever for your well-being, for you as a human - you are nothing more than a way to satiate their ever-growing greed.
I have lived at 8 or 9 different apartment complexes in the Columbus area. In my opinion this the best because the leasing and Maintence staff are amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy and you feel welcome and all of your needs are met.
Its a shame that when it snows Times Square doesn't have a company that shovels the snow. Its 11 am 20Feb19 and snow is still on ground. The workers dont even start the main sidewalks until a couples days later. It's a shame we pay luxury prices and dont get the service. Staff is nice though, but that doesn't get me through the snow!
If I were you, I would steer clear of this. I say this for your safety and well being. The maintenance staff WILL go through your things, WILL use your toilet, WILL leave you nasty notes and WILL make you uncomfortable. Please know there are good and bad things about Times Square but the bad outweighs the good. The noise can be bad at times but not always awful. The grounds are kept nice, it is rare to see something in the wrong place or grass be too long ect. Your safety is at risk here, for many reasons and please understand this is serious. There is only one lock on the door and they "do not recommend" additional locks. This was not an issue for me until I put in a service request and came home to my apartment being DESTROYED. I mean mud on the walls and carpet, toilet seat up, towels in the dryer from my dirty clothes hamper, toilet paper thrown across the room and clothes hanging up rolled in a ball on the floor. A long with that was a note saying "clean your bathroom" which is NONE of their concern and they do not pay the absolutely ridiculous amount for rent do they? No. They were not terminated for their actions and knew who "told on them". They have keys to my apartment, they know where I live and know my schedule. What would keep them from doing something when they have all these factors in their benefit? I terminated the lease, and honestly, they were great about it. But it truly was the most inconvenient circumstance. I had not been in there even 30 days when this had happened. This is not bash Times, this is to let you know what you're getting into. Staff may be great, but if you're willing to risk yourself go ahead.
Times Square offers a great location. Just around the corner from Tuttle Mall and only minutes to 270. Not a far drive to anything that you could need. The property has a variety of apartments and town homes. The staff is helpful and their common area offers a movie theater, pool, an office area as well as movies that are able to be rented. The neighbors keep to themselves and are quiet. My only complaint is the gate to get into the property. I have had to stop in the office multiple times for my gate key not working, but it is always taken care of right away. Overall great place to live and pretty comparable pricing to other places in the area.
Great place to live. Great ammenities. Excellent customer service from all staff members. Love that they have pool parties and other social events.
I lived at Times Square for almost three years, until I decided to get a dog. I've since moved to another Edwards Community, but would have definitely stayed at Times Square if I had not. I have never enjoyed an apartment community so much. I was in a third floor unit overlooking the courtyard with the pools. I love the openness of the balconies. The office staff was always a pleasure and very helpful, as were the maintenance guys. I don't recall EVER hearing my neighbors through the walls. The apartments themselves (even with the slightly dated finishing in some units) are very high quality. Rooms are of good size and closets are huge. The grounds are always well maintained. The location is super convenient and the amenities are WONDERFUL. I never thought I'd use a "coffee shop" as much as I did, but it's one of the conveniences I miss the most! Overall excellent place to live. You won't be disappointed.
