Timberlink Apartments is a great place to play golf. My husband and I play golf at the Timberlink Golf Course located inside the apartment. The staff at the golf course are also friendly. If you like seeing green grass, I recommend Timberlink Apartments.

Was incredibly excited to live here, and the first month was great. As months go by however, I am more and more disappointed with the complex. Our dryer is cracked, catching and ripping up my clothes. I’ve had to throw away 3 shirts since moving in 2 months ago. I’ve submitted an inquiry and management has not even reached out. My girlfriend’s towel bar in the bathroom also fell off and no repair. I was not told we would have carpet in our apartment before moving in. Bought a whole carpet for nothing before realizing we had carpet installed. I’m currently sweating in the gym because the A/C doesn’t seem to work and hasn’t for the past week or two. Residents have been opening the door to the building patio to get air. The roof leaks, and the gym overall doesn’t seemed to be taken care of. There is currently a random guy that has been watching the football game for the past hour and not working out/loitering in jeans and a button up. I’ve seen two women enter and immediately leave the gym after seeing this, and overall I personally don’t feel comfortable using the facilities I paid for. There’s even a ceiling fan that’s falling off of the ceiling. I’m staying here to make my girlfriend feel safe. sad and disappointed, because I was excited to live here for years but will most likely find somewhere else to move once my lease is up.

Dissatisfied with maintenance services and poor quality of pest control. There are uncounted numbers of pest outside of apartment and comes inside home everyday. Pest control happens regularly but quality of pest control is not good.

I moved into Timberlinks in September and it has been a wonderful place to live! The feeling of being secluded, while still being within 5 minutes of all the stores on loop 288 is great!

I’ve enjoyed living here the entire time. The team is gracious and fast acting. My apartment is spacious and they are always quick with service requests. It’s really peaceful here and I have to say, I have had 0 problems with neighbors, noise, service requests etc etc. thanks as always

The apartment complex is quiet and neat, the environment is friendly, the gulf course and well trimmed grasses add to the beauty of the environment, work request is completed completed within 48hrs for most of the times, I wish it could be resolved within 24hrs.

Do NOT RECOMMEND!!! Leasing staff is incompetent and I knowledgeable about their own rules. Will not give you detailed information until there is a problem. I do not trust them. It’s always back and forth information. They say one thing then switch.

If I could give them negative stars, I would definitely do it, it’s the worst place where you could live, its leasing workers are rude and inept, as well as maintenance workers, In summer, when I had only been living here for a couple of weeks, I was without AC for 3 months because for them everything was fine (being 78 degrees inside) when I couldn't do it anymore and after a strong argument with the assistant because the manager never wanted to show her face, I had to go to a hotel (paid by me) until they were willing to send someone to check again, do you want to know what was wrong? The compressor, and although I told them a thousand times even to the maintenance ones, they are so good and so capable that they lasted 3 months to realize, now I have been without a washing machine for a month, and although I have told them that their problem is that it does not move, they have already come 4 times to check and how they see that water comes out for them is fine (words of the maintenance manager) and to this day I am still without a washing machine, a service provided by leasing. It is important for them to know that they will never talk to the same person because they change staff every month. I hope this helps people not to be fooled by their kindness when showing the apartments.

Inspect your unit VERY thoroughly before signing anything. Check appliances in and out, on top of cabinets, everywhere. They do not clean very thoroughly, and do not thoroughly check appliances for damage.

I think the apartments are ideal. It is equipped with ones needs. It is quiet and clean. I would recommend the units to others that are interested. Management has been good to me, I am here due to a fire and my Insurance found this place for me. It is in a good location for me. I don't have complaints at this time. I am satisfied

Over priced for the quality and up keep of the facility. Amenities continually have issues. Golf coarse was sold as free with a cart fee for residents, that is not true. Submitted insurance prior to moving in and have paid for insurance on monthly rent too. Again unacceptable management.

Moved in three years ago. Great place to live but them management changed. Very unprofessional and unresponsive to your needs. They threaten to turn you into the credit bureau even if it's their mistake.

Great leasing staff and the best maintenance staff ever. The grounds are maintained well, as well as are the buildings. My requests are typically addressed in a day, and they do a wonderful job.

Timberlinks is a very nice apartment community. The staff are very professional, plus living here comes with golf club benefits. The residents are generally respectful and the community feels safe, which is a real benefit for anyone who works from home.

I do really love the environment! My husband and I feel safe taking walks through the golf course and there is always parking in front of our unit. The new paint looks great and updated!

I love our course and the course clubhouse team. Aaron and Cort are great. I am concerned about packages delivered to my door. I have had 2 packages missed after confirming delivery.

Our apt was in top condition when we moved in. Love having a washer/dryer and nice appliances and floor coverings satisfactory. Especially love the faux wood blinds that I have noticed not everyone has and they give extra privacy and quality of blinds improves appearance of apartment. The landscaping has improved over the months. Appreciate the convenience of dumpsters also.

I leased this community without ever seeing it in person. I moved from out of state and was able to complete the process while making the drive to Texas. The staff was great and was really on top of everything, making the transition smooth, and being sure everything was in order prior to my arrival. The community is beautiful and close to schools, medical facilities and shopping centers which is nice and comforting to know that everything is within a 10 minute drive. So far, its been a great move and there have been no problems. I would definitely recommend Timberlinks at Denton!

This is a beautiful community with lovely people the staff is friendly and nice to my face and I have had no issues with them personally, the only negative thing about this is I feel like they are lack of maintenance with amenities which I pay for, and the cleanliness of around my apartment, I saw Maintenance just drive right through a bag of trash that was ripped open next to my building, and its still there now. The other concern is Ive had A maintenance requests and I have not had resolved, Ive lived here for six months and Ive only had one request. Fix my fan! And now my microwave its broke, and Ive requested this to be fixed for months (microwave Only a week and a half but imagine I have the microwave for a week and a half).
