Property Ratings at Timbercove Apartments
Dont do it This place is the worst, management is extremely bad.
I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about Timbercove is a great place to live for the price I’ll be here a year in February 2025 and plan on renewing my lease for years to come management is great maintenance does a good job if I have a problem they come out and fix it it might take a couple days but it gets done awesome neighborhood parks and stores minutes away I would highly recommend to anyone to live here I don’t have mice or roaches management does neighbor get togethers like in the summer they threw a ice cream party to get neighbors to meet each other my neighbors are great my old neighbor downstairs was nice the new downstairs neighbors are great too
If I could give it zero stars I would. Mice, roaches, mold, electrical hazards! You name it they got it. I have lived here for five years and then moving out since I’ve been here there has been six property managers and two different maintenance companies. We went eight months without a washer in which we pay for monthly Maintenance doesn’t get back to you for weeks or sometimes months at a time or they check off on the app that they seen you or fix the problem when they never even showed up in the first place. They make sure to charge you a 10% fee right away if you’re late for your rent, And send you a notice Of eviction, even if you’re only late time a year but they’ll make you wait months to have something fixed.
Current resident since May 2023. Sold my home in the area, moved here to keep my child in local school. Went first 3mths without a usable kitchen space even after I offered to repair and have taken from rent costs. Had to spend $ ordering food for myself and child. Had to store food in boxes on the floor. Deteriorated moldy cabinets finally replaced, no compensation offered for inconvenience. Was not made aware of constant flooding when shown the unit. Entire walkway up to door entrance floods. Must try to navigate on narrow wood beam (tight rope style) to keep from ruining your shoes. Kids cannot use side yard due to constant flooding, clogged drains and mosquitoes everywhere from standing water. Also, tenants who complain to mngmt end up with their cars towed by company that has partnership with complex at a charge of $140+ even with parking card visible in window. Absolutely not worth the price, very poor quality & service, plus nothing like the photos. If possible, I would've oobtained my over $3k deposit and left already.
Terrible place to live. There have been more than 4 new property managers within this last year. It is impossible to get in contact with the office. Issues in apartments do not get fixed. I once had no heat in the winter due to an issue in their end. I was not able to contact maintaince at all, or the property manager. They’re quick to ask for the rent money but very slow to actually fix things that need to be fixed in apartments. Mice, spiders, mold issues. There was tons of water showering down from a hole on the ceiling coming from the apartment above me . It took Maintenance THREE MONTHS to come out and check this. Mold started growing on my belongings and again no support or cooperation from the office makes it 100 times harder. Please please please do not move here . Beautiful area, neighbors are so respect and nice but management of these complexes are HORRIBLE and definitely not worth the charge of rent monthly.
This place is a colossal dump! There is a reason there are a lot of vacancies. Because people can't get out of here fast enough. Nothing gets fixed. But then there have been several property managers in the 1 year that I've been here. This is a great area. With better place to live then here. Stay away!
I currently live there and I can't wait to move. They've been through at least 5 property managers in the 2 years that I've been there and now decided to enforce parking and had my car towed when I was in my designated spot. They are slow to fix things but quick to come after your money. Also huge rent increase on apartments that are seriously outdated. Do Not Recommend living here which is unfortunate because the area is really nice.
If you ok living with rats and moose, will be the perfect place for you, nothing get fixed they charge renewal fee. They only care about the money. It’s not a good place at all to live.If you need peace of mind do not move here.
I lived here for 5 years other than the creaking I loved it! The maintenance could be better but rarely anything breaks! It's very cheap for a 2 story apartment!
