Do not move here unless you like living with roaches. Revolving door of staff. Office almost always closed. No one ever answers the phone. No amenities. Pool was closed all summer. Gym is run down.

Under no circumstances choose to stay here theyll up charge you on things and put late fees on your rent after paying them then threaten to evict you ..need your catalytic converter stolen in your cover spot under a camera and nothing happens then go ahead and rent here….if you need maintenance to come over then wait 7 months and still get to wait till your lease is over then this is the place for you
I spent 3 weeks with no AC. maintenance failed to respond to any calls or requests submitted and the front office did not return any calls. It took me emailing both the assistant and main property managers to get the problem fixed. A couple months later and now I have no power at all. This started on a Friday and I’m writing this review on a Sunday, still powerless. The maintenance man who was supposed to be on call was out of state, and I was advised I would be notified when another one was found to assist. I was not notified, and therefore missed the time when maintenance showed up. Any calls to the emergency maintenance number are immediately rejected, and the front office does not operate for anything outside of posted business hours. If you plan on being here, plan on being on your own outside of the 10AM-4PM timeframe, and all of Sundays.
It is an affordable place to call home with all the amenities that people want. The location is also perfect.
Just had the seat - the seat! - stolen out of my truck while I was parked in my assigned covered spot. It’s dangerous here. Management tries and I’ve tried but I’m ready to give up.

They got a new management team and they are not able to fix the problems the residents have. I would not recommend this apartment complex to nobody right now ??
Currently renting a 1 bedroom and it could be better. Half the cabinet drawers in the bathroom and kitchen aren’t usable. When you open them the tracks are busted and the drawers basically fall out. Would be nice if maintenance actually did their job and repaired them.
I lived at this apartment place from April 2017 to Nov 2018 and always paid my rent on time. I have seen three management changes and every management was worse than before but the supervisor that they have now is not only rude but has no manners to converse in an educated way. She keeps on delaying stuff and has asked me to leave for merely asking her about my final charges and my work order record history. I moved out of this apartment complex due to health issues I and my family were getting because of the smell in the apartment due to water leakage from the roof. I constantly notified the management company about this but their management team kept on pacifying us by saying that the issue was in the apartment above and they are working on its resolution. To my surprise after I moved out, all this water leakage turned into water damage caused by me and the current supervisor pinned all this on me and told me that I am liable to pay all this as I have no written proof about the work orders that I had requested for this while I lived at the place. Now all that proof should be either in my online account which is already closed or it’s with the company. Due to this I requested her to provide me with following things and her response was: 1. Work order history record: She says they can’t find the complete details in the system. (I know she won’t provide it because that will cause them to take ownership of the damage) 2. My final charges: She said she sent it already to my new address but I haven’t received it and she said she will send again to me and to collections. (She is doing that so that I don’t have a chance to look at it and I should get a call straight from the collections so that my credit gets messed up) 3. She was supposed to call my insurance on 23 Dec but hasn’t called anybody since then and upon me asking her about this, she asked me to leave the premises. I requested to record all this conversation but she declined to it and asked me to leave again. I will file a complaint in regards to these wrong charges and her rude behavior with the Dallas City Hall, Apartment association of Greater Dallas area, and Texas department of Housing and Community Affairs.
I have not lived here so my review is for the assistant manager, her name is Monica. This is going to be my first place and she had a LOT of patience helping me and explaining me all the bills that I need to pay and how to pay them. She showed me the property and did all the process for me. If you ever want to lease one apartment right here please try to do asll the process with her :)
These apartments are from what I've heard are located on 'The Nicer Side of Midway.' It is located by 5 different bars, where I've collected my gossip, and they are all in walking distance. The maintenance and upkeep of this complex are good, but the management is adamant about collecting rent on time. Then if using public transportation, you have the option of catching two different bus lines, the 347, or the 534. Then from what I've measured, both bus stops are about equal walking distance. So all in all, I'm happy with living in these apartments, but then since my lease is up, 'It's time to move on.'
They are relatively cheap for the quality of apartment structure and community. The workers in the office are kind and understanding, and they are always looking for ways to improve the apartment. Rent prices range from around $550 (studio) to around $850 (two bedroom). The area is maintained daily by a crew, and there is a security company on duty. The area around the apartments has also been improving lately.
I love the current office staff and maintenance men. They get things done very quickly and even help with simple things like opening a jar of pickles!
A couple with 2 kids under 3 moved upstairs from me. There were other availabilities so it wasn't necessary. I complained, a lot, about the kids literally jumping, stomping, and running through the apt. Not every now and then, all day. There response was "They're children, I can't tell them to stop playing." It got so bad I had to leave the apt. and spend the night somewhere else before I completely lost it. What happened to common sense or courtesy?
