Tiberon Trails Apartments

I just want to thank everyone at Tiberon for giving me a peace of mind. Something I didn’t have at the last place. The maintenance team are great and friendly. Them men literally pick up trash every day rain or shine. The office has always been helpful and communicated everything when I needed them to. To have a teenager and know she’s okay when getting off the bus is a relief in life.

i have a apartment that is two bedrooms. its a good decent size. i fit a queen bed with room for a dresser mirror and still space to walk around. I referred my two familiy members to live here. They keep it clean, cameras make me feel safer, doors stay locked which as a single women i really like. office employees are always nice to me and my family. They always treat with respect when i ask for anything i need. maintenance is always respectful to and smiling.

Maintenance men are really good. they sure know how to fix anything i break. The ladies in the office really be caring and I thank them for keeping it real so we can keep this place looking nicer and nicer.

I would avoid if I were you. I moved in & not even a week in the home I saw roaches. They decided to tell me AFTER I was in the place that the people upstairs had roaches & has been evicted. They came through the vents, had to. I dropped the lease & I left.

going on 3 years and never had a problem with anyone. neighbors are nice. I live at the front of the building. No one bothers me and neighbors, they keep to themselves. If i have a maitence problem i call the staff or go into the office to speak to managers and it gets done.

With rates going up I shopped around every to where I almost just said forget it. This place like my granny said “best bang for my buck”. Office employees were all friendly and nice. Apartment was updated and the hallways are ClEaN!

When I moving in a bedbug was on the kitchen wall. Not to mention dead roaches in the corner of the closet. Went to the office Andre they said they’ll take care of it. Ended being moved to another building with the same problem. So I stopped paying rent to save up and move out. Ended up leaving a $3,000 dollar living room set and $1,500 dollar bed set behind. Didn’t want to risk bringing the critters with me.

I lived here since I was 3-17. So about 14 years, we moved out in 2018, and honestly I have to say it’s a nice apartment complex and peaceful if you live in the front towards the entrance. The further back you go the more issues. There’s definitely some bullying issues that went on that I dealt with specifically while living at Tiberon, but that’s parenting issues. I like going on long walks, never felt like something would happen. The security guard would often check on me to see if I was okay if it was late. I liked growing up here. I remember them taking forever to do any maintenance work, even with multiple orders but they’d get done in a couple of months with a lot of pestering. Once they started updating stuff they hired new staff and one of the new security guard ladies tried to frame my brother for something that happened to his car. And ever since then she just mean mugged my entire family. But that’s Gary I guess. It has some ups, some downs. But as a kid I grew up happy and okay. I’d just say if you move here with your kids keep a close eye on them.

They have no clubhouse, fitness center is a joke, playground is barely a playground, when I got here the roof of my building was leaking which also made it deep into my apartment and took them months to fix, security is a joke they are barely even here, management is terrible, I can’t enjoy my balcony because it’s infested with wasps and bees, would never recommend to anyone

Safe place never had any problems,One way in-out , security at night time. Maintenance are polite and I trust them in my house while I am at work. I feel safe enough to go jogging in the evenings in the complex. I plan to stay until I buy a home. You always see staff around the neighborhood. Would recommend to my friends.

Laddies in office are down to earth and easy to talk to. They took over management and have turned the place around. I have lived here for years now and can see the difference.

The buildings are gross and are falling apart... The building looked as if they haven’t been cleaned or fixed up in years....I wanted to vomit.

This place is about a joke property manager(Stephanie) has issues with people if she don’t like you you’re out she hides behind corporate saying they’re the ones that are stating it. Maintenance work orders take forever to get done Lake county PD is constantly on the grounds but she won’t do nothing about the people and causing issues

Was looking for apartment to rent but decided to go down the street instead. No pool....fitness room has broken equipment ...Dirty buildings....and what club house ? And this was updated

Been living in tiberon for two years now and I love staying out their. Tiberon has a new manager and I so love her. She’s making tiberon a great place to live. Any time I have a problem or if theirs a problem with anything or anyone she takes care of it at that moment! I would recommend Tiberon to be a place where ppl would want to live and would be very satisfied once moved in????

Tiberon use to be nice but their management & maintenance team suck & they have bed bugs in certain buildings with water problems & rodents,do not waste ur money on this place

So happy with my place Meagan was awesome with helpin me and my family stay here very happy here and comfortable at tiberon couldn’t be any more satisfied Thnks Meagan and the office manager for ur help u guys are great with everything!!!!

lived here 2 years played rent every time but out the blue manger kick's you out put you in the cold with snow on the ground and wont tell you why or give you more then 30 days my grandpa is 71 my grandma is in the er and they dont care just kick you out if you stay they crage x2 rent so 800 800 would not live here.

Im currently looking for a three bedroom apartment, which is available according to the apartment listing, i have made several attempts to contact this property via emails, voice messages and phone calls and no one has even reached out as of yet, this is very unprofessional

I just checked out this apartment and it fell perfectly with what I need. The landlord was very easy to talk to, and a very nice lady. They had many things to do around the apartment: Basket ball, fishing, weight room. The room was very clean, and I could tell it was taking care of. There is no reason why someone would not like to live here. Its comfortable, within budget, and peaceful.
