Looks can be deceiving
At first glance, it looks nice, but beware, the cockroaches are there. You will have to have them spray constantly and they just come back stronger. Every room too, not just the kitchen. Up the drains, in the living room, it is horrendous. Maintenance has no sense of urgency and your appliances will break down on a regular basis. Way too overpriced for this mess.
