I love everything about this place! Staff very friendly. It’s quiet, and I’m getting a lot of bang for my buck. It sucks though that trash is located outside one building only and that there are no elevators in the buildings.

My husband and I moved to Thornberry Woods and it is our first place together! We are loving it so far. It is a great location: close to grocery stores, the highway, Target, etc. It is quiet and clean. we love the layout of the apartment. The maintenance staff is friendly and attentive.

So far our experience has been positive in all aspects. Our interactions with management have been great and very responsive. The amenities are also well kept and outstanding.
I moved from NC to IL for work and had to handle most of the apartment search remotely. Throughout the process, every question and concern was met with timely, respectful, and genuinely helpful responses. From providing up-to-date video tours of the apartments I was considering, to allowing my partner to tour on my behalf, the staff at Thornberry Woods went above and beyond—often in ways I didn’t expect. I’d like to thank everyone who helped make my move-in experience so smooth, including the entire leasing and maintenance staff. I want to especially acknowledge Hina and Chris, the two leasing professionals I worked with most. Hina, in particular, was who I worked with the most and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was grateful to finally thank her in person the other day.
I love living at Thornberry Woods. I've been here about 6 years now. It's mostly quiet, the location is great, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. If there's ever a maintenance issue, the team is quick to respond and take care of it for you. Neighbors are generally respectful of the apartment community and always friendly when you run into each other throughout the complex.
We are temporarily staying at Thornberry Woods, and have been overly impressed with Communication from management and the community. Highly recommend.

I love how clean and renovated everything is; however, we can hear many sounds from the second floor. Whenever people walk upstairs, I can hear every step. The walls are very thin, and even the windows to the outside are not secured well, so a lot of sound and air leaks into the apartment.

I am completely satisfied with the living conditions in this community. Komsiluk is wonderful, it is peaceful and quiet. For lovers of sports and recreation, there are gyms and bases, lots of areas for walking and jogging.

Rent is high. Appliances are of good quality. Maintenance staff is really good and prompt. Staff are very friendly. Pool and gym are very nice.

Overall, nice place to live. I like reaching out to the staff that have worked on this property for years. They tend to be able to help address questions and know how to support the residents better than some of the newer staff. I wish they would cover the fire extinguishers replacement but they stop doing this starting this last month.

I have lived in the Thornberry Woods complex for 13 years and have found it an excellent place to live. The staff is well qualified,professional and very friendly.
I love living at Thornberry Woods! I love the community environment. The events they have giving everyone a chance to get to know each other. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. Any problem I have had, which are minimal to begin with, were dealt with in a timely manner. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy in your living environment. I have no complaints.
