I really enjoyed my stay at Thornberry Apartments as my first place. Maintenance was truly amazing (shout out to Robert)! The office was always helpful and nice. I only moved because of work and having the convenience to walk around to more places. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone.

I have lived here for 3 years and personally I’ve never had an issue living here but I’ve seen some things go down. What seems like constantly changing leasing staff and more recently informing residents 2 days before went is due that the residents portal will not being working therefore inconveniencing the entire complex. I understand that sometimes things happen but that mixed with increased leasing prices, increasing noise and disturbances within the complex themselves when there is no improvements being made to units or the property is in my opinion ridiculous. I have enjoyed my time at Thornberry however I believe I will not be renewing when my lease is up due to all reasons above.

I enjoy living in the community. I just have had issues with packages being stolen. Wish they had a package center in the office as opposed to things being left at our door. I’ve had two packages stolen along with some neighbors.

It’s an amazing place to live. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s convenient to a lot of community resources. I love the location and how safe it is.
Very safe place to live. Love being able to feel safe going for a walk and taking out the trash. I definitely would recommend this place for family and pet lovers.

The Thornberry apartment community I have to say is definitely a step above the rest. From the application process and even after moving in, the staff has been extremely helpful.
I have had a wonderful experience here, only two weeks in but everything is so quiet and no troubles or anything at the complex.. only problem I will say would be the parking, having to park a block away isn't what I was looking for but what's a lil excercise
It's been wonderful and a good experience meeting new friends and shopping and exploring different seening staffing team at the rental office has been wonderful
Quiet respectful neighborhood, nice pool area ,the workout gym is peaceful. The workers in the offic, and on sight are very dependable, and helpful when it comes to Handling your needs and wants
I recently signed a lease with Thornberry after having a horrible experience elsewhere. They have been so helpful throughout the process! From the front office staff to maintenance, everyone is so willing to help and it has made this move in such a great experience.
The property is fine. I wish there were more resident events to get to know the residents and staff. Maintenance attends to work orders pretty quickly which is good.
Thornberry apartments are good but old apartments, you can find black snakes and Copperhead snakes in the community while walking around the apartments in the evening and nights. Maintenance is pretty fast some times it’s less than an hour. Non upgraded units has oooold appliances.
Nice community. Great location, close to all major highways, lots of shopping areas and walking distance to a grocery store, an italian restaurant and a greenway.
My first week in here my washer went out, maintenance got to it next day, and even brought me a brand new washer the day after! Leon up in the office always takes care of me and is so professional. Apartment is nice and clean and no one bothers me! Love it
The leasing office staff are so sweet and helpful. The maintenance staff are prompt, efficient and go above and beyond to make residence life easier. One staff member even offered to take my trash to the compacter when they saw me walking in that direction! So thoughtful the service and care here makes it feel like family :)
I recently had the pleasure of living in Thronberry Apartments, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Here's a breakdown of what made this apartment stand out: Location (5/5): Thronberry Apartments are ideally situated. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, with schools, parks, and shopping centers just a short walk away. Commuting to work was a breeze with easy access to public transportation. Condition (4/5): The apartment was clean and well-maintained overall. The fixtures and appliances were in good working order. The only minor issue was a leaky faucet in the bathroom, which the maintenance team promptly fixed within a day. Amenities (4/5): Thronberry Apartments offered a range of amenities, including a fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, and a convenient laundry facility. Having these amenities on-site added to the overall convenience of living here.
Staff was quite friendly. Overall the experience with Thornberry apartments is smooth. Service is great, they were able to fix the problems.

Thornberry is a great place to live. A quiet atmosphere with great neighbors and accessible to many shopping and eating places. The amenities provided are awesome.
Apartment looked brand new when we moved in, and maintenance requests are quickly attended to ( unless submitted near or over weekend). Management staff is mostly pleasant to deal with.
Overall, has been a good experience in the four months I’ve been here. Community seems pretty quiet. Staff is very friendly and maintenance completes orders quickly. My only disappointment was a package being stolen from my front door.
The move-in process was easy and seamless. Nice staff and they gave me a welcome packet. The property and apartment look well kept. A few maintenance issues with the apartment but I have noted these problems. I will wait to see how soon the maintenance team responds.

It is such a pleasure to live in a community that is peaceful and quiet. The atmosphere is great and the maintenance crew keep the grounds landscaped for a beautified view.

Loved it ! My neighbors are great ! Not a big fan of the property management but you can’t win them all. I loved having a gym on site, pool and my balcony view was great.
I like that on holidays they have something for everyone to participate in. They keep you updated on things in the community. It's really a nice place to live.
The maintenance team is great at resolving small issues. Rob is the best at handling larger issues. Safety is a concern in this area, we have had a lot of break in and packages being stolen I highly recommend having a camera on your front door.
Picking up keys and moving in was a smooth process. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Had a couple of requests concerning my apartment during move in and they were attended to pretty quickly. Grounds seem to be well kept, although breezeway could use a good power wash. Overall, happy with experience so far.

My apartment community is overall pleasant. I have been living here going on two years now. I have yet to have an issue with anyone in the community or a staff member (which is outstanding). Definitely been an amazing stay!
I and my spouse had a Pleasant experience. great community great staff. we have all sort of facilities and will have a swift response for all the queries.

One month in @Thornberry and so far it's been great! The maintenance team is very efficient and pleasant to work with. The leasing office staff has been very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Brandi and Deion for always taking care of anything we need and being attentive. Our apartment unit was very well taken care of, we love all the space available. Thank you everything, I recommended already some friends to look into our facility.
Great management and all staff are friendly. All maintenance guys are very competents.
I don't feel super inconvenienced by the few repairs I've needed since I moved here and maintenance is super fast. It's really peaceful and I haven't had any pest issues, which is a huge factor for me when I look for apartments.
There have been some inconsistencies with cleanliness and enforcing the cleanliness standards to other tenants. Otherwise I enjoy living in the neighborhood.
Jasmine is just an amazing manager .very friendly and gets the job done . Everyone in the office is very helpful. The maintenance crew are always on time and super sweet guys . I loved my stay there . The place is covered with trees the view from my patio was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place to anyone .
Rents went up too high.It changes from 1200 to 1500 after my renewal which was 30%
Quickly addresses the issue ans fixed it before I returned!
I love this apartment community. Not only does maintenance fix the problem, they also give out preventive maintenance if needed to keep the issue from happening again. Also, everyone is professional and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this apartment community because of the loving/warm feeling from the staff here. They make you feel like family:-)
