Speaking to its past, Uncle Tom’s Cabin author Harriet Beecher Stowe owned a small cottage in Mandarin. Stowe resided here for seventeen years, traveling to Mandarin from her main residence to ride out the cold months in a tropical climate.

$264 increase over 4 years

Rent keeps going up. Rent keeps going up. They wait for you to sign a new lease, and then a few months later, rent keeps going up. Do I get more for the hike? Nope. Is my fridge still leaking? Yep.

Home sweet home

I love it here! The good with the bad!!!! I love how the office staff make great efforts to stay connected with the community! I love how the maintenance crew always stays on top of repairs and outside upkeeps! There is much potential here in Thomas Chase! I hope to become more involved!

Great community

Great community to live, they have the greatest staff ever. There staff is very helpful all the time that I visit the office. Maintenance come always the same day and the keep the place nice and pretty. Very peaceful and quiet community. I don't have. Because I matter at Thomas Chase

A Step Above the Rest

Enter into your tiled foyer with coat closet on your left, laundry facilities on your right. You look beyond the lit foyer and Your're now facing your full appliance kitchen, full size pantry and plenty of cabinet space. A breakfast bar for two and Quiet and quaint tiled Dinning Room with overhead lighting. To the left is your tiles living area. Your 2 Bedroom 2 bath full size and private spaces for a family of 2 or 4! Each Bedroom has carpeting and spacious closets with lighting and air flowing through.
