So far so good, the only drawback I’ve observed are malfunctioning exit gate and trash compactor. Customer service was great and they allowed us a short term lease for reasonable rate.

Amenities are great as well at the weekly food trucks. I love my apartment. Only issue i have experienced is within my building. I’ve had packages stolen from my front door and there have been loud people above me. Also I’ve had some issues with the front gates not opening with my app. I wish there was an easier way to get in.

So far it’s been a good experience without any major problem. Sometimes the gates are broken and the trash guy sometimes doesn’t throw the trash but it’s not a deal breaker. Most of the time it’s quiet and uneventful, just how I like it. Office has a lot of events and there’s many food trucks monthly.

We have been living here for almost 2 years and we have enjoyed our experience so far. We love the space in our apartment building and gives us a lot to work with. There is a lot of traffic getting out and back in but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

Genuinely really liked these apartments first moving in. However as of late I’m noticing shifts in the foundation causing minor cracks in the baseboards. Which also caused certain doors to become harder to close and or lock. Also have been having issues with things not working properly such as the fridge, toilet tends to run at random points or randomly choose not to flush. Which has overflowed in the past. Last time I turned on the oven a burning smell would occur so I only have been using the stove. The shower pressure changing and making noises at random points. I also have gotten my car broken into along with a friend that was over for a night. Cops have been randomly circling the complex and I’ve been followed into this complex plenty of times. Certain things are making me hesitate to renew another lease however I did really like the convenience of certain things and the look at the beginning. Just don’t know if it’s worth a lot of the things that have been happening.

I’m really enjoying living in these apartments. The amount of trees is really nice because my apartment doesn’t get as hot in the summer as previous places I’ve lived. The community is quiet and peaceful. I love the frequent food trucks that come by. Even though I don’t partake all the time it’s so nice to have the option to not cook! Really nice pool and gym. Wish there were a kid park for the little one to burn energy. But there’s a dog park for those who have one (I don’t, but it’s a cool feature). The apartment is so close to so many stores, food places, schools, a church, literally anything you can think of it’s within 2 miles. Even a chiropractor!

Roaches. Doesn’t matter how often they spray or how clean you are. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond. Although you do have to pay for your own light bulbs, which I think is weird. Office staff isn’t responsive, and they aren’t very polite or approachable.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now and love this complex. We love to enjoy the pool and the 24hr gym! Great office Team and maintenance staff!

Anastasia got me out of a bad situation in less than hour of meeting her. I move from another state. Before moving I got my apartment online. When I got here the apartment did not meet my expectations. In my dilemma my brother and his wife thought about Thirty Oaks a complex their son lived in at one time. We came here and told Anastasia about my situation and she went straight to work trying to find the most suitable and affordable apartment for me. In a few days I was moving into my beautiful apartment. I am so happy with my apartment,the laid back relaxing environment , and the great staff. I'm not sorry about what happy at the other apartment, because if it didn't I wouldn't be here.

Traffic in this area is horrendous. The fitness center only has one elliptical that works. All of the tread mills and bikes don't work and it's been this way for months. People just let there pets do their business anywhere and don't pick it up. And I feel the people in the front office aren't very friendly and can be condescending at times.

We have been living here over a year and it has been a really great experience and me and my family love living here. Everyone really keeps to themselves and the noise level is amazing, there is things that aren’t the best like the gates sometimes not working or the traffic in the area but overall it’s been a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment that’s affordable.

It be different living here...trying to use the pool. When i get off work..come down to the pool arou d 6/7.. all you see is people down there drinking beer i glass bottles..so i dont use the pool much..Sad part is the one of your managers..seat there and dont do anything..

I've been living at Thirty Oaks for almost 1 yr. I haven't had any problems neighbors are nice. It's been quiet & peaceful. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I love everything is around the corner.

I love how quiet it is during the whole day. I can literally be blasting music and go outside and not hear a single thing. The whole apartment is really spacious

It a very clean and quiet place. Only troubles I have is with the gate at times. It’s a huge hassle for me to open the gate every time someone visits. Other than that I really love the community.

Pest all over the apartment and we have had to pay full rent still The apartment manager only works part time and takes forever to respond Any maintenance request will take 2 weeks or more

The location is convenient, close to H-E-B, gas and restaurants. Our balcony view is awesome, pool is always clean and the gym facilities is fantastic.

It's been great so far. There was an issue with my kitchen sink and they addressed it pretty quickly. Love the food trucks so I don't have to cook or drive somewhere for dinner, very convenient

The apartment staff is nice and accommodating. The complex is clean and well kept. The community amenities are excellent. I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to a friend.

We have been living here over 1 year and it’s been a great experience everyone seems to keep to themselves which makes it really quiet and easy for us. The only bad thing I would say it’s location because of traffic but that’s not something the apartment can really control but beside that it’s been a great experience.

Very Quite place for the most part. Everyone seems to be respectful. The trash is on the other side not in the middle so for us it’s kinda inconvenient

Having to open all doors and gates to the apartment complex through an app gets frustrating sometimes because the app malfunctions and it causes issues if you’re on a time crunch, other than that living here has been a way better experience than I predicted it would be.

When I moved here around 5 yrs ago I was thrilled and excited things are not how they used to be over the years and what used to be a very good experience can’t be feel now. The stairs, the hallway of my building haven’t been cleaned or taken care since forever.
Smooth process and very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff!! I was very happy with the application process. The move-in was seamless and the apartment immaculate! Where has this place been all my life. I put in a work request on my ice maker and it was fixed within the hour. I put in a work request for my three prong dryer outlet to be changed into a four prong and that my toilet was having trouble. Both replaced/ fixed within 45 minutes! I love this place!

Maintenance is probably the best team I have ever experienced. I just wish the office would communicate their visits. Specifically when they come to spray for bugs.

I came in on Wednesday just to check out apartments and browse around. It’s now Saturday and I already have my keys! The apartment is beautiful, clean and seemingly quiet. Belle in the leasing office was extremely kind and very helpful. The pool looks very nice and clean and if you care about the gym like I do, their gym is HUGE. Definitely the largest apartment gym I’ve seen. When I got my keys the apartment was pretty clean already so I didn’t really need to do much scrubbing like I feel like you typically need to do beforehand. The patio is pretty spacious as well, overall I really like Thirty Oaks and look forward to living here.

I really love living here, there are so many places that are close by if we need to eat or shop somewhere not far. It is for the most part quiet and it really feels welcoming. They are always having food trucks and events for the community which is really amazing overall we love living here.
