Theo Allen is a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. I was greeted by a very warm land friendly lady named Rebecca. Many new complexes have staff that are very judgemental. Despite my income, I prefer to drive my older car and I often wrap my hair to protect my scalp from the sun. I felt welcomed and hope that this property will retain staff like Rebecca. She also took the time to determine my preferences so she can identify suitable units. I even had the opportunity to view potential units that I would actually lease. I didn't feel rushed.

Going into viewing the Theo property, I was extremely nervous. I was with my future roommate touring as we finalize what area we’ll be moving to. Previously, we have had unprofessional experiences with other leasing consultants due to how young we are, but with Rebecca we had an amazing tour! We were well informed with the limited details available at this time and we were able to see the full extent of the property. Which include all the amenities and units within our budget! Really beautiful homes, but amazing and friendly leasing consultants, too!
