The units are beautiful, but it’s the amenities that truly stand out. The entire complex is well maintained and always smells fresh and inviting. Even though the sky lounge isn’t complete yet, I can already tell it will be my go-to spot once it’s finished.

The Zoey is such a vibe! I love living here; the monthly events are always fun and different (the candlemaking class was a fav!), the sangrias and margaritas at the pool parties are top-tier, and the new pool renovations are stunning. I’m also loving the new games in the common areas like shuffleboard and ping-pong table, super dope additions. Can’t wait to see the rooftop after renovations. Overall, it’s a great place to live with good energy and beautiful vibes!

The Zoey is a beautiful complex with great amenities. I feel safe at all times. The walls are not thin so I actually feel like I have privacy. There are income-restricted units, which is refreshing to see diversity and people of all ages and backgrounds around the community. I adore my apartment and view from the 4th floor so much, and I plan on sticking around this location as long as rent doesn't get raised unreasonably or drastically.

My stay at the Zoey has been amazing. The staff is so kind and patient. They always greet you when you enter the office and ask you about your day. They have great recommendations and want you to explore the community. They also have wonderful events that meet a variety of interest. If you're a creative they have Bouquet making, if you’re a fitness person they have working classes. Food trucks, whatever you like. I don’t have a pet but I love seeing all the pet friendly events as well. They have also been making great improvements to the property though art, decoration and structural improvements. They communicate EVERY part of those processes which is absolutely wonderful. Really love the Zoey!

I absolutely love living here! It’s peaceful, quiet, and the apartment is exceptionally well maintained—everything is always so clean and cared for. The staff at the leasing office are incredibly kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Sig and Tyler for making my move-in process an absolute breeze! They took so much of the stress off my shoulders and made everything go so smoothly. They’re always quick to answer any questions and handle any issues right away. I have loved living at Zoey! The amenities and apartments are great, clean, and modern. The only issue I have is the package room deal. Packages are stolen OFTEN and we need a better system.

5/5 touring experience with Victoria! I have been looking to move into a 1 bedroom apartment. After having a bad experience at a different place, we decided to come check out Zoey. Victoria was SO helpful and friendly. I felt that she listened to all of my needs and gave us an amazing experience. I am so excited to move in this summer and be able to enjoy my new place!
