      Zeller

      Was taken in for a walk in tour which I highly appreciate, many places have turned me down. We absolutely loved the place. Tais was amazing and so kind and had such a great humor. She definitely makes this place so welcoming!

      Love Living at The Zeller!

      I've been living at The Zeller for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—right off the freeway, making commuting a breeze, and close to all the best spots in Sugarhouse and downtown SLC. The leasing team is also fantastic. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Overall, I would highly recommend The Zeller to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

      Wonderful Location

      We just moved in and we love it at the Zeller. The amenities are worth the price, and we love the location. It's close to the freeway but not too close that you hear constant road noise. It's close to lots of grocery stores and coffee shops. It's a nice charming area and it's wonderful!

      EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT

      Area is close to many grocery stores and food spots. Management is very helpful if you are in need. I was able to get my issues dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. The staff is very understanding and will work with you towards solutions.

      This is Home. This is solace. THIS is The Zeller!

      The discover of The Seller space started as an Uber driver. I came across this property some time ago and heard great things about it from a friend of mine who was given a tour of it along with her peers from South Salt Lake City Council. I’m now a new tenant here, and my experience getting to the home I am sharing with my furry man, has been nothing short of delightful. My space is perfect. The amount of amenities offered are a little mind blowing. But their office staffs kindness, communication, approachability, and knowledge of their roles here, were top notch! If they have availability, it’s recommended that you jump in with both feet! This is home. This, is solace. THIS, is The Seller in South Salt Lake City!

      Living experience

      The property and location are amazing. I work downtown and it is a perfect mix of staying away from the chaos of the city, but close enough. The staff here are super cooperative and try their very best to resolve any issues. Maintenance has been fantastic at knocking out my work orders. The community is friendly and caring. I an definitely enjoying my experience so far!

      Living Experience

      I've lived at the zeller for 4 months, and I've got to say it's the best apartment I've ever lived at. With a heated pool and spa combo, gym, and gorgeous roof top lounge, The Zeller offers a lifestyle I've been wanting for quite some time. Zach is also really nice and intentional with the residents. I would HIGHLY recommend living here! I love how clean and safe the area is. The train right next door makes it really easy to commute.

      Wonderful Team - Maintenance

      The Zeller has such a strong team I communicated to the office about a work order for my shower. Maintenance came in quickly to address the issue and were very professional. I love feeling at home with The Zeller team and feel like I can always reach out to them with any concerns, and they will address it and find a solution.

      Read before you move in!!! - post move out review

      I was very excited to move to the Zeller in Spring 2019. Having a dog, I was pretty restricted in my option but decided to choose the Zeller. I lived there for 18 months and recent moved out. Pros: Right off the highway, dog friendly, nice amenities on paper… Cons: constant security issues. weekly issues with open doors (building and garage) and management doing absolutely nothing about it. stolen cars, bikes, skis. thugs climbing patios to steal items. 0 on-site security gars like most local complexes, just a random guy patrolling in the garage inside a car… dog poop everywhere causing my dog many infections and ER trips. BAD neighborhood involving shootings. Intrusion of homeless people inside the residence. Terrible water heating system and pressure (was told by maintenance the water was “warm enough”). AC and heater sound like an airplane taking off. Paper thin walls. constant fire alarm issues. TERRIBLE internet provider (had half days with no internet) causing me to have serious issues while not having the option to work in office due to the pandemic. Constant power outages. Dog poop smeared all over the hallway carpet/stairs. Dozens of non-residents using (and TRASHING) gym, pool and grilling areas making those unusable for actual residents. Questionable “drinking” water. Tenants incentivized to leave reviews once it drops under 4.0 on Google. Have been trying to get a hold of someone to discuss the exorbitant move out fees for months but can’t seem to get any response. Although I am aware that a lot of the above is outside of maintenance, sales and management’s ownership and abilities, I would highly suggest looking at other options than the Zeller if you have the ability to do so

      Just don’t

      Nothing but party kids that make tons of noise all day and night. Management doesn’t care about anything. Carpets gross and smells like trash everywhere you go. If you don’t live on the top floor I hope you enjoy listening to people slam on your ceiling non stop. Walls and ceiling are paper thin.
