Property Ratings at The Wren Mercer Crossing
Pretty new construction. Management can often be unresponsive and dismissive. Maintenance crew is great and always shows up same day or next day. I live on the top floor and it's not a noisy place other than some rare hallway noise. The walls are fairly insulated compared to other places I've lived. The nearby airport and highway can be pretty noisy at times, but that's only a problem if you keep your patio door open. The garage is nice but my truck was stolen from the 3rd floor at 4:15 pm. Management provided video footage to the police. Overall a great place to live if you don't need management to do anything quickly for you.
