Recognized as one of America’s most historic neighborhoods, Germantown dates back centuries all the way to 1683. Even though it’s one of the oldest settlements in the city, Germantown has a relaxed and friendly vibe about it.
And speaking of its historic vanity – the Cliveden Estate’s backyard was the site of the 1777 Battle of Germantown. The Revolutionary Germantown Festival is held every October and features reenactments of the Battle of Germantown.

Hi, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations as we sincerely try to keep the building and surroundings clean and professional looking. Unfortunately, with all the increased expenses that we are hit with (insurance, utilities and taxes etc.) we have no choice but increase our rental rates. We are priced very fairly compared to our competitors.

Overall, this apartment living experience was really good. All maintenance requests were taken care of, concerns were heard, and the owner was extremely approachable regarding any concerns we had. The apartment looks super modern inside with new and clean appliances. Overall, very well done apartment.
No parking, nothing has ever fixed correctly, and the rent goes up a lot every year.
I have been at this location for over a year now. It's pretty nice. I have nice respectful neighbors. It's very close to regional rail and septa bus routes.
