The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Willows
I’ve lived there for almost three years, and it’s a great community. The property is well-kept and clean. I loved that the people were nice and friendly.
I have been here for a couple years and it’s not the best place to be at. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for of course but they raise the rent without giving you the updates the other apartments have. The bathroom has mold and they want you to buy the product to take care of it. They complain about everything on the balcony “only patio furniture” can’t even have broom/mop outside because you will immediately get a paper on your door. If they have something to complain about, like the patio, they will face the paper inward but if you are late on rent they face it out, where everyone can literally read your info. I’m now looking to move out, but I wish my experience was better. Management isn’t great either.
This complex has been in our community for a long time and always well thought of. Now that it is no longer the "new" place in town it is important to consider the real value. And value is the biggest point. The complex has gotten older but I have never seen a property work harder to maintain the quality of life the tenants enjoy. Problems and concerns are addressed immediately, not when they feel like getting around to it. With a huge well kept play area for children, two swimming pools and easy access only a block away to major transportation routes, this is one of the more enjoyable places I have ever lived.
I live in the willows apartments in greeley colorado. They are ok however there are alot of times our water gets worked on or shut off without notice. The rent is going up but we are not getting anymore out of the place.... and it's nice to have a balcony bt not so great when there's a wasp nest in the concrete Crack and no one will take care of it...and the paint has not been touched for as long as I have been here... I have lived in this apartment for almost 4 years. Like I said it's ok....Bt not great
I do not live in this community. I am looking for an apartment to rent, and this complex looks like an excellent place to raise my grandchild. Thank you for maintaining an awesome complex.
my older brother rented from the willows and loved it! When I moved to Greeley My roommate and I moved in and we have loved it to. the Managment is great and efficient. The pools are always clean and in good condition. I feel clean and safe. It is right on 23rd ave so if you are a college student at UNC you can walk to school in 10min. Over all I will be sad to leave because they are so amazing and greatly priced!
