We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Property Ratings at The Whit
The area is prone to the worse off part of the city. Shootings and car break-ins. Maintenance doesn't respond to work orders for months. Can't find the property manager/supervisor in the office half the time. Its a decent building but horrible area and stay away if you can.
