The Wexly is a great complex to be. Its a very friendly, and sociable. The staff is very kind and pacient. There are great activites thrown for kids and aduts. Its a great area and pretty convenit. The claudias’s hope you have a fun stay.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The building is well-maintained, the units are updated, and everything feels clean and comfortable. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. The neighbors are friendly, parking is convenient, and the location makes it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and major roads. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Community, Great amenities and clean buildings. Me and my family loved that we could have a BBQ right on the premises and didnt have to drive anywhere. The pool was great and so was the playground. I wish I could have stayed unfortunately I chose to move.

The best part of the Wexley is the amazing maintance staff. They are professional, competent, and very friendly. The challenges are in communication with the leasing office-which it seems has gone through a lot this year, the quality of the apartment when you take a closer look, the behavior of residents, and the increasing price of apartments that are already expensive.

The Wexley at 100 is truly a Gem! For starters the apartments are beautiful and the appliances are all top tier! The maintenance staff is nice and efficient as well as the leasing agents. Fun events are thrown all the time and the residents are friendly. The package room recently went through some new updates which is great and the location of the property to major necessities is amazing. You can tell that everything from the location to the units was thought out very well. If you’re thinking about touring the property do it. If you’re thinking about moving in, do it! You’ll be so happy you did.

This place is a dump dog poop is literally everywhere and you will get your windows smashed in once the weather gets warm. The office staff are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else

Everything about this community has been excellent except it has been frustrating living with the noise caused by my upstairs neighbor. I have no other complaints and have greatly enjoyed my stay here so far!
I like to call The Wexley at 100 home. It's a beautiful community and is kept up very well. The ammenities that are provided are really great and the club house is always kept up really nice. Most of the other residents are all very pleasant and it makes for a nice place to live. I absolutelhy love their maintenance crew who are very professional and work really hard. The staff at the front office for the most part are very nice.

This community is both good and friendly. The environment, customer service, and gym facilities are excellent. While there is certainly room for further improvement, it's understood that perfection isn't always attainable, and there will always be aspects that can be enhanced.

The apartment layout is beautiful, bright and sunny. Maintenance service is most of the time good. The only con is its very pricey. Upon lease renewal every year prices are going up significantly.

I would highly recommend anybody looking for a Luxury an apartment that has a great community inconvenient service at a price that makes sense for all of the amenities and values that the community brings to apply. The maintenance crew/staff is very attentive and willing, the grounds are well kept so it looks beautiful, the leasing office really puts an effort to provide fun community activities and arrange for food trucks which is a treat among other things.

There are a lot of apartment communities in the DMV, some I have had the personal experience of living in, some I have visited socially, and some on line technically, but there are very few that I would feel comfortable and safe enough to call home. The Wexley at 100 is not only ascetically appealing, but the caring and professional Management/Leasing staff, the maintenance team, the grounds crew, and all of the amenities available, makes this one of the very few apartment/home communities that consistently gives that sense of home on a daily basis. If you are looking for a community that rises above all the rest, do yourself a favor and visit, live at The Wexley at 100.

The Wexley at 100 is so far the best place I have lived. The apartment homes are beautifully designed and updated. Very family friendly, everyone is so kind in the neighborhood. During the day and evening we all walk our kids or pets. Everyone is so kind they all say hello. The amenities are AMAZING! I’ve cooked on the grill several times this summer which is so convenient. I take my daughter to the play room while I work out in the gym. The staff has been so friendly and put you first and consider your time. I would recommend The Wexley to everyone.

One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Most friendly/helpful staff, well-maintained property with fantastic amenities, and it feels like a really safe community.
The Wexley @ 100 is a beautiful community to live in. Its quiet and not far from shopping (Arundel Mills, Target, Safeway and Giant). The living space could be a little bigger for the price. Overall, I would recommend The Wexley @ 100 to my family and friends.
The Wexley has been AMAZING. The staff are so friendly helping and nice. Adrian and Tiara in the office have been so helpful. The other day I seen a maintenance worker stop what he was doing and go run to help an elderly gentleman with his trash. Even the residence have been super nice. I love this place so far!
Everything about the Wexley is amazing! The leasing staff and grounds maintenance crew are so professional and responsive. I’m a resident of 3 years. Please don’t change a thing!

I've lived in several other apartment communities, and few live up to the claim of being a luxury community based on their surfacy look, but it takes more than that to be "luxury", The Wexley at 100 meets and exceed those standards to be considered a "luxury community", by having a "luxury staff" to compliment the property. Do yourself a favor and visit and then choose to be a valued resident/family member here at The Wexley 100.

The only reason I did not post excellent is because most of the residents are very unfriendly. However. in this day and age, it could be like this everywhere. The apartment itself is fine and the people who work here are very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoy living at The Wexley at 100! Our move-in process was very quick which we appreciated. Further, the community is great here and grounds are kept nicely! All the staff here are kind and quick to service your requests. We also enjoy the food trucks and fun events that go on here! We’re looking forward to enjoying the fire pit and pool once it gets warmer!
