You can truly feel the positive impact and presence of the new manager, Brandon, who has elevated the building experience. Raul remains a pillar of support—always reliable, kind, and attentive. One of my favorite aspects of living here is the sense of community. The Weddington consistently offers unique, high-quality community-building events that make the building feel like home. Overall, I love living here and am so grateful to call The Weddington my home!

Overall, it’s a great community with many amenities that can make you feel like you have everything all in one place. You get charged for things mandatory but there’s no way to make it optional, which is unfortunate but overall the place is peaceful and the apartment is overall very nice and well kept. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a sense of luxury living could look like.

I've moved quite frequently in my adulthood so I have a long list of needs, wants, and can't do's when it comes to apartments. The Weddington is the first place I've lived where all my needs are checked off and I have the bonus of some things I love I didn't consider before. I have no real complaints or cons to list. For me, this place is great! Staff and neighbors are also so sweet and have given me a sense of community I've long gave up on. HUGE FAN

The Weddington is the ideal place to live. However, the surrounding elements of homelessness makes this building seem overpriced for the neighborhood. There's a lot of car thief, apartment break-ins, and assault crime happening in the building because of lack of security. Building maintenence is great, however, I still see dead light bulbs around the premises that have not been replaced for 3 years! Again, the apartments were not built well at all. I can hear thw people above me everytime the walk or roll something across the floor. The dryers don't work well. I can never get my clothes dried because the timer in the dryer ends before the time it gets set. Overall, I'm being picky, however, I do love the building, but I could never suggest that my friends live here because it's too expensive.

I toured a 1 bedroom on 5/22. The apartment was small but I was impressed enough with the community that I immediately filled out an application, bought a money order for $301, $51 for the application fee, $250 for a deposit. Two days later I was contacted over the phone and denied. Fine. But I asked when the $250 would be returned. I was told by Raul, the apartment manager, that because it was all in one money order, it would likely take a week to 10 business days to get my refund check. Fine. It is now 6/18. Despite calls and messages. No check. No response from Raul.

I’ve been living here about 6 months, and I still love it here.
The building and amenities are great. This place has the potential to be a first class building. Unfortunately, the management are lazy, condescending, and ignorant and the cleaning staff sub-par. The lack of DNA testing and enforcement for dog owners creates an environment and mentality that they can do what they want with zero consequences. Address these problems and my ratings would turn around completely.
This is the best building I’ve lived in EVER in the Los Angeles. The units are comfortable and it feels like a home. The building is clean and the appliances and amenities across the board feel like they are really well taken care of. I’m always so proud to brag that I live at the Weddington and I hope I get to do so for many many years. It’s definitely set the bar high for the next place I live.
Worst onsite management team-hostile, untruthful, don't care about tenants. Building littered with dog poop in public spaces, packages stolen from mailroom, some amenities not kept up. Homeless and strangers get in the building, and security is minimal and useless. That is just for starters. Maintenance team is fantastic, but can only do so much.
The Weddington Apartments is a great facility in a convenient location. Unfortunately, despite the leasing management team having changed once already, they are not responsive via email. When I go downstairs to remind them in person, I am told that they will follow up, but they simply do not. We have many parking spots, and I cannot seem to get a secondary parking spot despite the number of vacancies.
I just moved to the Weddington, and it was everything that I thought it would be. Everything from the management, the apartment, cleanliness, safe environment, and the amenities. Great experience!
The apartments and staff and building are all very nice, but don’t let the fact that the gym looks great influence your decision to sign a lease. If you’re planning on using the gym in the morning between 8-10 or lunch 11-2 or after work 4-7 just know that there are dozens of personal trainers who bring their clients here to work out and monopolize the space. They play their music really loud so you can barely hear what you’re listening to in your headphones. They spread their gear out and don’t put it away when they’re done working out. The rest of the residents are really nice. Just the personal trainers are really inconsiderate.
Maintenance is great but the lack of communication from the office is terrible. An all day water shutoff with no warning for a scheduled vendor repair is unacceptable and not even legal. The office ignored all phone calls and texts while I was trying to figure out what happened or how long the shutoff would be. It’s just terrible customer service and I’m disappointed in how poorly our staff handled it. After forcing us to deal with crazed methheads for the better part of the year, constant fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, and many other issues, the least the office staff can do is be available to us and respond. We pay for 7 days a week staff for a reason.
A breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous residence. Hospitality is no an easy feat and I commend everyone I’ve met so far for their kind demeanors as well as amazing assistance.
Excellent place to live. From the tour to the lease to the move in -- every service was great.
My neighbors are very kind and welcoming. The maintenance and a few members of the security staff are very professional and inviting. They will greet you under any circumstances, rather you are walking in/outside the building, elevator, etc. The maintenance team is always friendly and works efficiently to get the job done. I truly appreciate them for being kind and resolving any issues that I have. The leasing office staff is not welcoming nor inviting, extremely hard to communicate with and issues are not handled well nor resolved in a timely manner, also met with harsh attitudes.
Management is not present and not enforcing any of the rules of the community. I have to call after hours security almost every single day with noise complaints. This is a very stressful place to live. Regret extending my lease and would not recommend this place.
The community itself is rude and disrespectful. Nobody follows the rules and it’s hard for anything to get done about issues.
My experience with maintenance is wonderful. My experience with everything else is HORRIBLE. That said, Laura has been really helpful. It's disgusting to pay as much as we do and not have staff advocate for us when our neighbors are disrespectful human beings and make constant noise. I keep getting told by staff to call security and when we do, they just act like they can't do anything. I also had to call from a different number yesterday because I had to make so many complaints that they stopped answering my calls. That is unacceptable and potentially VERY SERIOUS. They do not get to pick and choose who they answer the phone for. What if that had been a true emergency? Such unprofessional and disgusting behavior all around.

The Weddington has made my experience in Los Angeles very difficult. The place you reside in is suppose to be your safe haven filled with peace. The Weddington does not exude peace, respect and professionalism towards their residents and property. The leasing manager and team are lack luster and lack professionalism. The team displays a lack of care towards the residents and property. The parking garages are often not working resulting in random people entering the complex. The leasing team does not prioritize residential demands concerning an extreme display of loudness by neighbors & the amount of smoking done on the property. The leasing team does not resolve issues due to an ongoing issue. They are not equipped with handling issues related directly towards the residents.
We found the Weddington apartments online and we contacted the weddington for a tour. We got an immediate response and we were able to tour very quickly. Alijah, our leasing officer, was so kind, prompt and super patient. She answered all of our questions and was able to give us a great experience.
Moving here was one of the best decisions I ever made. My quality of life went up exponentially. Lovely community with great management.
Love living in this community. Outside of several theft incidents with packages or personal belongings, the staff and residents are fantastic.
Maintenance is amazing. Guys are all top and they always provide the best service. Quick, easy, and great customer care
It’s a good place however the leasing office staff don’t appreciate the residents and are very aggressive defensive when asked about anything, they are not helpful until you start being demanding
Great community, although things take too long to get fixed when they are broken in the common areas (tv's, chairs, etc)... also disinfectant wipes need to stay stocked in the gym.
I’m so grateful for Manny - he showed up almost immediately after I submitted my request, and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes where I’ve waited weeks for maintenance to show up in non-emergency situations! I love living at the Weddington and very much appreciate the staff that keeps it clean, maintained and running so well.
The leasing office staff in this building is terrible. They have nasty entitled attitudes.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the building was built in 2021!! I enjoyed touring at The Weddington as the luxury apartments marked everything on my checklist and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. Im definitely referring my friends and family to Wood Residential Properties! Shoutout to Alex, Raul, Alijah, & Laura for great customer service

Where do I begin with the Weddington? If you are a lover of amenities, this is the place. This residence has everything you can think of including a recording studio for residents. The pools are beautiful and sun soaked most of the day. It's close to a nice strip of restaurants and bars. The office staff is friendly and overly helpful. With an assortment of different apartment types and sizes, 2 gyms and secured parking it's an easy #1 choice for the North Hollywood area.

The Weddington Apartments provide beautiful outdoor rest areas and provide great indoor and outdoor amenities. The safety of the Weddington Apartments tenants is one of their main priorities, therefore they provide 24/7 security surveillance.

Every time I've needed to talk with the property management about anything, they are the least bit helpful. They interact as if you are bothering them, and show minimal concern for addressing your issue. The old management was much better and at least showed compassion and had a sense of understanding. It's tiring to deal with and really just ruins the pleasure of living at a community such as this.

I agree with the other reviews. Staff and new management here lack professionalism. Further, they do a terrible job in how they interact with future and present tenants. It’s a shame because it’s a nice building but they really failed at appointing quality management. Please hire more qualified and quality employees to represent this building.

New Management is AWFUL! They are unprofessional and RUDE. Even the cleaning lady is always walking around giving the residents an attitude. Building is dirty. There’s rules for literally eveything. RULES, RULES, RULES, RULES. They make this place feel like a prison / senior building. Don’t recommend this building at all! It’s terrible!

This place is lack of professionalism. Bad customer service. Full of broke workers thinking they celebrities. Celebrities own their own not work in one. They act like you need them. Millions of apartments out here. Make America great again and fire everyone working in there and hire professional people that knows how to communicate with future tenant and current tenant. If you don’t mind lack of communication then this place is deff for you but if you care about communication run as fast as you can. They say the way people act in the beginning is the way they will always act. If they are lack of communication and customer service trust and believe if you become a tenant you’ll regret it. This is hands down the most beautiful complex I have ever lived in. I do not see any substantial difference between the rooftop bars in LA and the courtyard built around the outdoor pool table and fire pits. Top of the line. The staff is amazing. You would think every building would have "one you have to avoid due to incompetance or unprofessionalism," but everyone here is so professional, nice, and get the problems you want solved very quickly. They take their time with the resident in front of them, and sometimes their patience is incredible. The overall feel is top tier quality. There is even a feel of community among the residents. I have never lived in a complex where everyone smiles at each other and is acutally neighborly.... Apparently it can happen in LA.
The Weddington apartments are great with excellent construction, apartment layout and amenities. We liked it the first time we toured the property Napoleon and since then our expectations have always been exceeded. Napoleon ensured that the application and move in process was smooth and quick. The move is quick and easy as gas, electricity and water are taken care of by the leasing office. Setting up internet is also quite quick and easy. There are regular well planned activities in the apartment to keep residents engaged. We really enjoyed the paint night. The service crew is super helpful and responsive. Overall it's been a great experience so far.
