Neptune Township rests along the Atlantic Ocean. A known beach town in New Jersey, Neptune finds itself close to great attractions including Stone Pony at Asbury Park, which is a music venue that’s been around for decades.
Neptune Township is a hot tourism spot in the spring and summer months. Folks move here because of its low living cost and beach accessibility. Access to major roadways are a real treat for residents and visitors.
Taking the train to Manhattan or Philly will take about three hours one-way, affording travelers a relaxing trip to either destination. Neptune is a great suburban area with good schools for younger kids, and several vocational schools for older ones.

Love how everything is so close with in walking distance such as crave your local earth, daisy’s deli and Walgreens plus Walmart and hên kitchen
Good community, fairly quiet, great location and several amenities. Some cons are the gym is very small and lots of residents use it. Could use an upgrade.

Love that within walking distance is crave your local eatery and daisy’s deli to grab a bite to eat. And also within walking distance from my job as well.

I have been with the Waverly for about 7 years now. I love it the price is reasonable. Lot’s of perks food trucks are scheduled timely. My favorite is the ice cream truck with all the sweets. The community room is wonderful having events. Bagel mornings for breakfast and of course Super Bowl party! Pool is available during summer hours nice and relaxing. No loud noises or children running around. There’s more shopping Outlet across the street. Beaches are very close do not have to drive far. Pier village long branch, seaside heights, Bradley beach and more. All types of restaurants-Just pick your style and google. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. There’s more you do not have to take your trash to the dumpster- they have someone to come and pick it up nightly from outside your door. Maintenance is outstanding-report your problem and they will fix it instantly. I am sure there are more wonderful features.

The amenities, including the gym and pool, are clean and well-kept, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Noise levels are generally low, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and neighbors are respectful. Parking is ample, and I’ve never had issues finding a spot close to my building. Overall, this community offers a great balance of convenience, comfort, and affordability. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to live

great environment and community. however the staff does not take concerns seriously and makes false promises. the leasing office has had several different consultants in the 4 yrs i’ve been here and the communication appears to be lacking among the staff.
I love it here! It’s so quiet, clean, and safe! I have a beautiful view of the little park in the courtyard out my windows and live my a dog park and a huge field frequently visited by a family of deer. Patrice was really helpful and efficient when I arrived - even though I was earlier than expected - and I got a thorough room door with Ivan when I got my keys. They do a great job here!!

Great atmosphere, attentive maintenance team, perfect location. Only downside is the noisy tenants above us and the lack of urgency from the leasing office. It is been an ongoing battle with leasing obligations being broken and yet nothing is being done (from noise violations to their dog being outside off leash).

I loved living at the waverly and unforutnatley was pushed to leave. We had many issues that we had to push to get handled and was treated very rudely by the office staff. Sad because the complex is beautiful and the neighbors were great
A very pleasant place to live. Everyone I have met is very friendly. This location is Convenient to shopping and entertainment. Fun activities provided for residents from time to time.

Maintenance crew is great especially Mike and Ivan. Community area of building 6 could use some cosmetic work like deep cleaning and removing carpet stains. Otherwise the leasing staff and maintenance are great

The rent went up exponentially and it’s not affordable anymore like it used to be. Amenities are good, maintenance is prompt & they keep the place generally neat but there are frequent power outages in the area. In the four years I’ve been here we have experienced 10 outages atleast only in this complex! Ridiculous.

We're delighted that you find these features to be beneficial.
Onboarding & application process were very straight forward and easy to complete. The units themselves are nice, but am beginning to notice where small corners were cut (building materials). Common areas such as hallways, sidewalks etc could be maintained better (number of stains in the hallway carpets and marks on the wall). For the most part residents are very nice, but others don’t seem to have any regard for the facilities or others living in the complex (parking in handicapped spots, leaving dog droppings on sidewalks and grassed areas, speeding through the parking lots) Management seems very nice and willing to help when needed.
My time at the waverly has been great until it wasn’t. 3 years here and up until recently, had no complaints - it was a beautiful and amazing place to live. Tenants moved in upstairs within recent months and the level of noise has been completely unacceptable - loud banging well past midnight. Management has been contacted several times, time logs of the noise, and videos have been shared, and yet there is still no resolution to this. Small steps were taken from management initially, but quickly the emails to me have stopped. All of this and yet we would be responsible for breaking our lease even though noise violations in regard to the tenants’ lease are being broken and yet no consequences are had. completely unacceptable and beyond frustrated with the way this has been treated throughout the problem.
Solid great place to live in a prime location and it’s also very safe. Friendly neighbors and the staff plus maintance have always been a pleasure to work with.

I love it here!! It’s like hotel living. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everybody here is extremely friendly and helpful. I also love my neighbors.

I really enjoy living in this apartment. I love how new it is, and well kept. But the management here is not the best. I have had many issues where we have had to call or email the office several times to get anything done. It’s really disappointing and I wouldn’t consider the service we revive to be anywhere near “luxury.”
My family and I just love it here! The complex is in close proximity to everything we need and the neighbors are very kind, friendly, and respectful.

So far we love the apartment! Such a nice community and great location. There is plenty of parking and we love that there is a yoga studio connected to the complex.

It has been 5 Years since I have been at the Waverly. Very nice Community, close to beach, entertainment and shopping. Easy to locate highways are close for traveling. Friendly neighbors.

Great place to live. The buildings,grounds and site are always kept clean .When every there is a problem the clean,maintenance staff is there to correct even the littlest thing . When it snows the snow is removed as quickly as possible .Even the front office staff located in the Sales Center have always been very helpful.

Location of the apartment is pretty much in the middle of everything! With the Jersey Shore outlets next door and CostCo, Target, HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Home Sense, AtHome, Wegman’s all down the street and only 10 mins from Asbury Park this place is a gem. Great commute with the GSP and Rt 66 two turns away. Only gave 4 stars because the hot water doesn’t last long enough for my girlfriend but for me it’s good enough. Pet friendly and super cozy room updated kitchen and 10 ft ceilings.

This is a quiet and welcoming community with wonderful amenities. The location is great as it is convenient to everything I need or want. The few opportunities I have needed maintenance were resolved in a quick and professional manner.

Love living here! The neighborhood is the perfect location for all major stores and parkway. The apartments are spacious and very quiet. I do wish the summer pool hours were longer!

Lovely place to live, nice neighborhood, great food at crave and able to find fun places to visit such as the silver ball museum, going to amc to watch movies in Eatontown.
