Property Ratings at The Watts
I am telling you all now .. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! these are the most terribly built buildings i’ve ever come in contact with. the staff never knows anything and are always rude. the maintenance men are just as rude and un knowledgeable. you can hear a pin drop from upstairs neighbors. it is the WORST!! the elevators are never working and the fire alarms are always going off at all times of night/morning. i’ve never been so unhappy.
First off like most of these new apartments that have been built recently they are very poor build quality. This can be seen everywhere. The gutters were falling off the sides of the buildings when I first moved in. I have seen that there has been water damage restoration vans on site at least once a month to repair damaged units. There are visible cracks in the foundations and the walls in all the buildings and it’s less than two years old. The management here really is the reason I wrote this review. Never in my life have I seen more unprofessional, disrespectful, immature, unknowledgeable staff. But it does have pretty pictures when you look at it on the internet.
