The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Watson
The property keeps claiming they are under new management every time there’s an issue. They keep saying they will fix and do things but never do. Currently a bunch of residents are living with no AC in the middle of summer for 3+ weeks. I would not recommend living here.
I am on my 4th year here and it has gone downhill. I understand the turnover of management in this setting but I am over all the promises to make it better and clean it up. Gates are always broken as well as 90% of the doors that lead into the complex which is not safe. The hallways are always dirty and smell like weed where they used to be kept up and clean. The security lockers that are part of the rent ARE A JOKE. I know that every time new management comes and makes changes those are short lived but its the quality of people that have moved in and just do not care. They break or prop open doors steal packages litter and even have ppl walk into the complex to enjoy what are supposed to be amenities for the tenants. The tenants get punished when ppl trash the pool areas and management locks the pool that we pay for. I am done. I was hopeful but I deserve and signed up for better for my money.
My family and I have been residents at The Watson since November 2023, and unfortunately our experience has consisted of broken ac that took them months to fix, leaky pipes that took them months to fix, broken outlets that are still broken, and persistent mold issues that have yet to be fixed. Along with the dirtiness of the complex and some people living in it. At the start of our lease, our above neighbors would let their dog pee of the balcony right onto ours. The pool has been closed the entire summer, and the gates have not worked the entire time we’ve been here. Our pipe that drained the sink and dishwasher was leaking we told the maintenance worker when he was fixing our AC and he didn’t do anything because he didn’t see the leak. We submitted a maintenance request on May 7, 2024 stating the leak and added that small amounts of mold were popping of from the moisture and humidity of the leak. On June 7, plumbers came to fix the pipes. Walls were taken out, exposing more mold, electrical wires, and plumbing pipes. As a result of mold growing within the walls, mold has started to grow above our patio door and all that was done was a mold and mildew remover was sprayed and wiped, it has since started to grow back. After they “cleaned” and repaired the leak pieces of the wall with nails sticking out were left in our living room. On June 18, 2024 we got a phone call saying that drywall workers were here to repair our wall. We were specifically told that they had given someone a key to our apartment and they would be there to fix it, we both work from home and not one person showed up that day or since; who did they give a key to? Everyday our 4 year old and 6 month old wake up feeling congested. Our 4 year old says he has headaches frequently. I can’t even allow my 6 month old to freely crawl around our apartment due to the wall not being there and exposed wires and mold. On June 23, we called to ask when our wall was getting fixed and was told that they were in a bidding war, waiting on the cheapest price. This was very unprofessional. Out of all the complexes we have lived in, this has been the most unprofessional and most unclean. As of July 2, 2024 there is still mold in our apartment, exposed electrical wires, and nails sticking out. When we contacted them to complain, all that was offered was $250 off rent, FOR MONTHS OF PROBLEMS. We are not bad tenants, we pay our rent on time and have given them multiple opportunities to get this done.

attentive management team and maintenance team. When Ever I have an issue this team follow up or existing in a timely manner.
Beautiful property, great amenities, excellent customer service.
yes, the complex is under new management and, as is always the case, there are issues. However, the "issues" are leading to improvements; can't beat the location or amenities. This complex is great. Go elsewhere and you will encounter the same or new issues. Pay your rent each month, and you will be fine.
I have been a resident at this complex just over 2 years. Recently, the Watson changed management. The new management is not good. The new management is very unorganized, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Paperwork is lost, charges are added to your account that don’t belong, etc. The complex is not as clean as it used to be either. If you ever drive by this complex, just take a look at all the mess on the patios. Take your money to another complex.
Lived here for a year and on the last month they want you to either renew or if you don’t want to charge you 1300 until you move out. Change rent prices without telling anyone. Cant find any parking and they try to charge you for parking in a garage that isn’t safe since last Christmas when people’s car got broken into and stolen and they did nothing about it. The fees are terrible, people don’t care where their dogs pee or poop. Almost step in dog poop numerous times in the hallway or on the stairs leaving for work. They will tow your car and not saying anything until you go into the office. Everything is just unorganized and unprofessional. This not not a nice place to stay unless you can pay the rent, fees, and put up with noise racist neighbors or even neighbors fighting everyday then I guess this is the place for you.
This place is awful they never open on time and they always close early. It smells like trash all the time and parking SUCKS.
My tour with Stephanie was amazing! I was considering another complex, but she was so accommodating that I chose The Watson instead. The grounds are immaculate, and the units are gorgeous. Can see myself there for a long time.
Staff is absolutely unprofessional and poor communicators. A promotion was offered to me when touring the complex and after I submitted my application, was told I wouldn’t get the promo because of qualifications requirements. No qualification requirements were communicated when touring the complex even after I asked multiple questions of the promo. Even when seeking clarification, the staff (Stephanie) was rude. Worst customer service experience I’ve EVER encountered.
