The fact that the apartment is energy efficient is a plus. The fact that we have our own police and a gated community makes us feel very safe. Love to be part of the community get togethers. Being in our late 70’s we do not go out much after dark but it’s a short trip to the clubhouse to enjoy the evenings.

I love living here. This is an incredibly well maintained community, and you will not find a more friendly, helpful and professional staff anywhere - hands down. So many meaningful amenities that I appreciate and use. This is as close to a resort feel you can find in Hammond. Well done all the way around!

I think that the waters has been the best place I’ve ever lived in, this is my first apartment that I’ve applied to and my first time living on my own. I was so nervous when applying but Brooklyn answered every question that I have and every single call and walked me through the process completely. I love how everything can be done online when you’re applying and setting up internet. It’s truly a convenient location, beautiful property and nice and quiet community. I’m glad I chose this option out of all in Hammond.
