Capitol View is a quaint neighborhood in the city of Atlanta that sits about three miles southwest of Downtown. Situated between Highway 29 and Interstate 85, residents can easily commute to and from Downtown and its neighboring communities for work or play. Public bus stops sit around town as well. Capitol View is known for housing a variety of small businesses and artistic organizations.
This tight-knit community appreciates the welcoming atmosphere and the tree-lined residential streets. Community green spaces are a popular perk as well, including Emma Millican Park and Perkerson Park, featuring a recreation center. Capitol View sits directly south of Apache Café, a live music venue, and is just a few miles from the Cellaris Amphitheatre at Lakewood. Amazing touring experience with Tony, ended up moving into the first place he showed me. Loving it so far - amenities are fantastic, vibes are great and motivating, my place has a porch which is a feature I never seen before but is fantastic for relaxing after a long day. Not gonna lie, I’ve never renewed a lease in my life before until now. It’s always something going on. Like, we have hibachi night this month! Like Huhhhhhh?! lol Also if you need anything, Tony is your guy. He cares about you being comfortable and is probably the most empathetic person you’ll meet. And maintenance, I never have to wait more than 24-48 hours for anything to be fixed. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed and I’ve moved every year since 2015…until now.

I just completed a tour I am in awe. The property is clean and so thoughtfully designed. Every unit I saw was captivating and each amenity is better in person than the pictures you see online. From the aroma of each space to the decor - BEAUTIFUL! Jillian welcomed me with a smile and a light-filled personality from the door. She was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with all the need to knows. She got her steps in with me but as we followed my curiosity, she was patient, kind and accommodating. Thank you!!! I should also mention that AS SOON AS I applied, I received ample communication regarding the next steps in the process and I even received a phone call from Tony ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I understood all that he had sent over. The customer service at the Vivian is unmatched. I toured with Sara twice and she was fabulous, informative, and extremely helpful. I applied and there were a lot of complications on my end and Brent was also absolutely amazing through the entire process. He was patient with me and helped me in anyway he could. The property is gorgeous and SPOTLESS which was the main selling point for me. I can’t wait to finally move in!

took a tour here recently, and it exceeded my expectations! this place is amazing. they seem to have thought of everything, and it’s so beautiful. great location, in the heart of southwest atlanta, nestled right off the beltline. they put a major emphasis on art, and the property reflects as such. had the pleasure of touring with Tony, and he is the most thorough agent i’ve ever connected with. very attentive, authentic, super professional, and just the person you’d want welcoming you into a space. overall, the experience was exceptional, and i’d recommend anyone to check out The Vivian!

Nestled in between The West End, Capital View/Gateway, Adair Park, and close to the Pittsburgh neighborhood. This is a great place to call home. The staff is great and they love this place so much that they live on site. The property is essentially central to every area (also 25 mins to the airport) with quick access to 75, 20, and 166. There are 3 train stations nearby and busses that runs on 2 crossing streets, so plenty of options for public transit. Here you can live on the Beltline and have access to places of interest. Pricing is fairly competitive for what the rate is to live decently in Atlanta now, so no complaints there. You can’t beat it. I am enjoying calling this place home thus far!

ust moved into the 3000 Building brand new. Love it right on the belt line. Easy to travel north to the city and south to the airport. Love the tech in the building and everything is clean. Also nice and quiet?

I'm thrilled with my decision to move here! Despite not having the opportunity for a tour beforehand, I received invaluable assistance from Promove and Tony in selecting The Vivian, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location's proximity to The Beltline allows for safe outdoor activities like walking and biking, enhancing my lifestyle significantly. I enjoy living at The Vivian. It’s not in the heart of the city, but only 10 minutes from it. The beltline on this side of town is quiet and connects to some pretty cool spots. The area has a long way to go development wise, but The Vivian sets the tone for what’s to come. Every staff member has been kind, I love my unit, and the resident events have been different than others I’ve been to. I recommend checking it out, bring your dog too!
