Kannapolis is a medium-sized city in central North Carolina. It’s a nice location for commuters—the drive to downtown Charlotte is under forty minutes via Interstate 85, and Amtrak runs a route between Kannapolis and Charlotte as well.
Kannapolis is very friendly to residents who like to stay active, with numerous public parks and a series of running and biking trails collectively known as “The Loop” on the north side of town. As the hometown of the legendary Earnhardt racing family, NASCAR is interwoven into the city’s identity—the local minor league baseball team is even named the Kannapolis Intimidators in honor of the late Dale Earnhardt Sr., the team’s former owner.

We sold our home and needed a short term lease while in transition to our permanent residence. Our closing date changed a few times and Francisco was more than helpful in getting us in an apartment at just the right time. When we moved in, there were some things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance & mgmt. teams faddressed them all quickly. Before deciding on The Vive, we toured 3 other apartment complexes. We felt more welcomed and appreciated at the Vive than anywhere else thanks to Francisco. So far, we've had a great experience!

I have lived in several apartments but none nearly as bad as this one. They say towing is enforced yet people parked illegally constantly. Parking is awful there!! Gates didn't work for the whole two years I lived there even though they advertised it as a gated community. Half the time, management didn't know how to answer questions or I'd get different answers from different people. For the most part, my neighbors were quiet, at least. People never picked up after their pets. Management would always send out emails about fining people for it but they never did any good. Maintenance guys were nice but only did a maintenance check once a year, the air vent filters really needed to be changed more than once a year. I don't recommend this place. I knew several people that lived there in the two years and they were equally as frustrated with management as I was.

I love driving into our beautiful community after a long day at work and being so grateful for the wonderful Sanctuary home is here! The Vive has been my home for almost a year. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. My apartment is well appointed, spacious and like the community; it feels like one of the places you go on a really nice vacation and wish you could live there ... and here you can! Ha The amenities provided make life alot more convenient and compared to other apartments in this area you cannot find any better! I am very happy here.

These European style apartments are gorgeous. They offer the largest square footage in the Concord/Kannapolis area for the same rent rate as evereyone else. The leasing agents are accommodating and make you feel right at home!
My husband and I moved here about six weeks ago. We owned our home and after 25 years decided to down-size. I wasn't excited about apartment living and knew it would only be temporary until we had a smaller home built. Much to our surprise, we fell in love with Integra Springs! Everything looks so clean and new. The saltwater pool is absolutely gorgeous. The clubhouse and fitness room houses a pool table, a lounging area, an internet café and state of the art equipment in the fitness room. We are in our fifties with children now grown and out. We love our apartment and even though it's only one bedroom, it's very spacious with plenty of room to entertain our family. We are now getting in better physical shape with the pool and fitness room. So now we have put the house on hold. We love it here and we are getting ready to sign a long term lease. We thought we were only staying for a few months!
The outside ambience, if you will, of the apartment complex of Integra Springs lends itself nicely to the overall feel of the apartment homes within. The apartments themselves are basically blank, which is the intent as they do allow you to decorate however you'd like and even paint if you so like. The balcony is a nice touch and the area is clean and quiet. The pool and fitness center is great and the relaxed neighborhood feel makes this a great family-oriented environment.
Integra Springs is the best apartment complex in the Concord, Kannapolis area at this time. The apartments are surprisingly quiet. The floor plan we have is well laid out and very energy efficient. Parking is a beast after 9PM most nights but, that is part of apartment life pretty much everywhere. The saltwater pool is a nice touch and well kept. They have made a lot of improvements to the grounds since we moved in a few months ago.
The apartments a very spacious and have a nice flow from room to room. Ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Pet friendly with a dog park on the property. Big salt water pool at the club house and free to use grills. Great location, only a few minutes from I-85 or downtown research campus.
Large spacious living areas and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly and there is a small dog park on the property. Salt water pool behind the clubhouse and free to use gas grills. Clubhouse has a gym, tanning bed, Internet lounge, pool table, and kitchen. Price may be a turnoff to some, but there is lots to do at home and food and entertainment is just down the road!
